I'm so sad so many people dislike TLY. I just heard the entire album and I still love it. It does something to me emotionally.

I actually think the emotions of HBTB and MTWBT actually really fit the songs. Both of the songs give off a 'IDGAF' vibe and it works imo. Honeymoon... well that's something different 

I hate when I'm proved wrong. I said before the preview was terrible and now this is my favorite song released so far. It's amazing how  each of Honeymoon songs so far have their own atmosphere and MTWBT is so sensual and exotic, I love it so much.
 
For me so far: (Freak) MTWBT >> TLY >>> HBTB >>> Honeymoon 

what i wanna know is why her emotion ( ) has been so lacklustre on the tracks this era...TLY is the one song with any remote feeling on it. she sounds bored in HBTB, bored in MTWBT and near comatose on Honeymoon. where is the passion of Cruel World? where is the longing of Without You? give back that fire in your voice, please.

so is Lana ever gonna make a fast complicated busy song again? I mean the word repetition and simple melodys with a bpm slow as all hell is fine for some HM songs but I need a OTTR type song but different

I liked the Franco interview. I didn't liked particularly Franco’s questions but I was impressed by Lana’s eloquence, she’s definitely a smart person. At least I got some clues about how she envisions her career going forward and what is her plan dealing with the negativity around her:
1. She will exclude the press (except maybe for some photoshoots and interviews with Franco or Chuck or someone who she trusts). This means that she’ll maintain the promotion at a minimum.
2. She will not perform outside of her shows.
3. She doesn’t plan to retire, on contrary she will come out quickly with new releases.
All of this is consistent with what she did so far. I don’t know if it is a good plan for her career, it seems rather passive and will push her in the niche artist category. But if is good for her it’s good for me until she keeps rolling out good music.  
 
I bought HM, TLY and HBTB in HQ. HM is still a 5/10 for me and I still think that it is a terrible choice to open the album. TLY is one of her best songs and if it would be more charged emotionally would be a 10 for me. HBTB instantly teleports me to the beach and I replayed it insanely and I didn’t get bored. But still, so far UV>HM 

I think it's great she released this song. Maybe she will finally see that song won't do anything for her in terms of pre-orders.
Worst of it, is that it's incredibly dull and boring. It goes nowhere and has no melody.

Lana will not release an already known track. You already have Backfire in HQ. I don't even see the appeal why you'd want an already known song attached to an album (that you already have in best quality) instead of gettin a new one?
 
Srsly, just let her unreleased material go and stop hoping that ANY of them will make it on her new albums.

So what's your most expected song based on this info?

I've been listening to the original Yayo and I just love it how it delivers viscerally so well, the music and the lyrics communicate the sense of sadness so strongly. I think the main reason the tracks from Honeymoon haven't really appealed to me 100% is that their music and lyrics combination just don't make me feel that much. TLY and Honeymoon are beautifully sung and have some really great lyrics but there's no magic between the lyrics and music like in Yayo or Dark Paradise or Video Games

What else could we get, Cambodia Chateau? Malaysia Manor?

I wish the music was better actually. Honeymoon is a snoozefest and TLY is very pretty, but it should not be nowhere near a promo single. If the tracks we have is the best she has to offer like with the UV promo singles, then this release is gonna be weak
