Love demo x800
-
Worth It could’ve popped off if it was finished
-
Summer Bummer! The demo definitely made me appreciate the production of the beat a lot more

Where is Worth It
-
Wish it had that string section from the live performances, that was everything

On the Road is like the bible of Lana’s lyrical themes So many things and references you’ll immediately recognize if you’re familiar with Lana’s work
-
Tbh her releases are starting to get a bit stagnant sound wise. I hope she does something more innovative with future records.

Holy Terrain is growing on me but I definitely think it’s going to be eclipsed by songs like HWY when the album comes out
-
Forgot Sculpture existed but wow It’s a shame that it never ended up being officially released, it’s still one of her most solid tracks by far
-
Can anyone send me the Sophie tracks?
-
One of her best choruses
-
Homework is a cute throwback bop tho
-
Production kinda reminds me of Chimera by Hana
-
Wish she’d release something more on the artistic side of things in the vein of her records pre-Chandelier but I doubt that’s gonna happen since she’s kinda forced to release hits now. Songs like Moon, Day Too Soon and I Go To Sleep are some of my faves. A lot of her newer stuff is very formulaic but I love listening to it just for the sake of hearing what she can pump out melodically. House On Fire is an absolute bop

Damn just listened to CB after years and almost every song aged like milk, even my favorites

My problematic fave! -
I always thought Charli’s older music was unlistenable and this still goes for her newer stuff but not because it’s generic but because it’s so experimental now So ironic because pop is the core of her musical identity but I really can’t bump a lot of these songs for casual listening because the production is so out there. I love that though. Taking a sound that most people scoff at for being overproduced and absolutely reveling in it until it becomes something innovative in its own right. There’s so much artistic merit to that. Charlotte popped off! Excited for what’s to come in her career. She kinda flirted with J-pop during that collab with Kyary but I would love for her to start working with more underground producers in J-pop because some of their production is incredibly forward thinking and futuristic.

The ambiance of this song during the verses is literally one of my favorite things ever. Such a mystic and desert like feel to it.
