I'm really worried seeing people saying stuff like "radiohead who" or "nobody knows them"... I mean, wtf guys you fucking know shitty artists like Halsey and Melanie Martinez, how don't you guys know one of the biggest/most famous alternatives bands?

I love when she sings and performs with such artistic freedom. The way she plays with her voice on certain lines such as "i'm FINE" and belts out "one for the MONEYYYY TWO FOR THE SHOWWW OOOOOoooOOOO".

It seems like she is playing with her live voice again more at her LA to the Moon Tour performances so far, so I'm very happy about that.

Hey all, do you have a favorite live performance of a particular song?

A while ago I stumbled on this version of Born to Die from the Paradise Tour and I am still in as much love with it as I was when I first found it. Are there live performances of any other songs that you think are especially incredible?

I remeber a while ago she posted this picture.

It must be sad to here a band she admires try to sue her for complete publishing rights to her song which is very personal to her. :////

What she said about it tonight at the concert (more or less because I was typing as she was speaking and may have missed a few words here & there):

"You know, I didn't know if I was going to mention anything about today.... but, i think i will since it was a little bit in the news today. I just want to say that I do have a particular song that Radiohead wants 100% of my publishing for. And actually, the only reason why I mention it is because I wanted to let you know -- I know some of you have been sort of brought here by, you know, the people who really are fans and you're just sort of there and whatever -- but for the fans, I just want to let you know that, you know, regardless of what happens in court, the sentiment that I wrote in that particular song, which was my statement song for the record, my personal manifesto, my modern manifesto. I just want to let you know regardless if it gets taken down off of everything, that those sentiments that I wrote and that I really am still going to strive for them, even if that song is not on the future physical releases of the record. I mention that now because that song in particular as well as this other song I'm going to sing now - well, it's half of it because it's in a medley - but this other song called Change is another song that was an important songs to me. & um yeah, I just wanted to let you know that for the Kids for and the Not Kids, who are real fans that are here. So, that's probably the last thing I'll say about it, but thanks."

Now imagine that on her world tour as the closer or an encore, the fans being her backing vocals for her as she sings a song about hopeful change and good tidings but no fuckstick mcgee's at radiohead decided to ruin a gorgeous song

I’ve just listened to this song for the first time in a while since it leaked and I’ve finally formed together my complete theory of its meaning. I believe this song is very influenced by Barrie, more specifically, his battle with depression. From Barrie’s lyrics, tweets, and dark influences I think it’s obvious that he is struggling, or at least has at some point in his life, struggled with depression.  Here’s my interpretation:

Does Radiohead have a case here? I think they do. I don't think it's even that close of a call. Especially in the context of Lana's history of subconscious plagiarism. (That said, outcomes are notoriously unpredictable and seemingly inconsistent in this area of law.)

But 100%? That's just fucking greedy. I mean, if Sam Smith only had to give up 12.5% to Tom Petty... And the hypocrisy (given their own plagiarism on the song) is staggering. If true, the 40% Lana offered was generous. I hope the judge or jury gives them less than that.

Will be curious though to see how many LB users' comments Radiohead's lawyers use that noted this similarity when it was released.

Also, @ Lana fans who cheered Robin Thicke getting sued for "Blurred Lines" because they (understandably) hate Robin Thicke. Precedents can be a bitch.

this is actually pretty funny. nme has LFL promo with "wanted everywhere" then to be the same source to report on the suing. coincidence? I think not, Lanaboards!

    The show was awesome!

I had a really great seat, I really liked Jhen Aiko! I had no idea who she was, but she made me a fan!

She did not do Ultraviolence or Serial Killer, which was a bummer cause I really wanted to hear SK.

She looked so beautiful and the stage I thought looked really great! I love how the stage lighting wasn't harsh and you can see her perfectly.

She did call out Radiohead a lot during the show, before she got into her melody she talked about it for maybe 5 minutes or so and I really thought was she was going to sing Get Free, but she didn't

She was very talkative and seemed very relaxed.

The fans though were crazy! I counted 3 fights from my seat and the last one happened next to my seat during OTTR..

During the ending of OTTR, it seemed like she had to get off the stage quickly and she did not go back down to the pit or do an encore.

    100000/10000000 Would see her again!

Well I thought she was great tonight. Smiley. Happy. She seemed to be having fun. Vocals were great. Too bad about the Radiohead weight on her shoulders and the less than full arena. Obviously would have liked more songs but am not unhappy at the set list at all.

this pop star for the selfie generation      I hate stuff like this, it sounds disrespectful and judgmental like they can't make an objective professional review without finding sneaky ways to look down at her, despite the high rating. This is why I got into Lana, people are weirdly ashamed of liking a record so they try to find other ways to tell people they are self aware.
