Why does the cover on iTunes have 'NFR!' on it instead of 'Norman Fucking Rockwell!'?

I hate this, I hope it's different for Spotify but I doubt it.

in the shop the words are censored but when you preorder and download the titles get uncensored. like the album title in my library isnt censored because its downloaded
