Ok so I visited the site I ordered my Neil vinyl from, which is an AUS/NZ store (JB-HIFI) and it doesn't say "pre-order" anymore, I don't know if this means anything but lets see

Why is everyone surprised that the album isn’t out in NZ? We already knew it wasn’t going to be a local release. The release date appears to be March 21 on iTunes for the sole reason that it’s going to be a worldwide release on the 19th
