Paradise, she's also credited as a composer on Apple Music as well, just not a featured artist. Paradise gives the date of 2022

cause as @That Venice Bitch proved - he technically DOES have the right to release it and lana was credited as a co-writer so considering that he possibly uploaded it with an online service such as distrokid or something she would get compensated

I'm not sure, I'm still inclined to say you can share the files since listening and sharing them is about as legal as sharing them at lower quality which literally no one has a problem with .  I'm still confident that best managers TAP™ will zap this out of existence. 

Consider this a grace period unless/until Mum Elle overrides me or we receive requests to remove. No one will get in trouble until then.

it CAN be apple lossless but it can also be a lot of other things

 

itunes is AAC which is 256 kbps

ALAC (which is apple lossless) uses the same file ending but it's essentially a different system
