Mer 62,097 Posted October 5 I’m scared to watch this bc body horror/public humiliation is not something I can sit through It literally makes me feel like I’m having a panic attack. I can handle jumpscares and love horror, but this specific niche fills me with dread. 2 Quote ⊹ (:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅) ⊹ 𓊔 I took the miracle move on drug 𓊔 ⚕️ The effects were temporary ⚕️ ⊹ (:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅) ⊹

DeadSeaOfMercury 23,045 Posted October 5 Also Spoiler The way the chicken grease was done / shown on her hands & mouth - Idk something about all that made me sick to my stomach. Really can’t wait to see it again!
Embach 43,624 Posted October 5 I need to see it so bad but sadly it's not in theatres yet where I live I love Demi and Margaret and I love good horror movies, the actress combination is already interesting and awesome!!!
Trash Magic 28,435 Posted October 5 It was so good. Obviously it's super over the top but my fav scene was actually what I thought was the most human, when she's getting ready for the date but keeps going back to redo her makeup etc and getting progressively insecure and flustered until eventually standing the guy up. It was sooooooo sad. 5 Quote "It's 2011, and we should all be aware of exactly how fast technology is developing" - Lana Del Rey
TrashMagiq 58,727 Posted October 5 I wanna see it so bad but it’s not showing ANYWHERE near me in belgium. Might have to drive over to the netherlands to go see it… (I mean it’s only like a 45 minute drive skk)

shadesofblue 16,030 Posted October 11 Actually loved this movie and the message it had. I don’t get grossed out by body horror so it wasn’t bad for me. (to be fair I did not watch it in a theater mostly bc I get grossed out more by sounds so I’m sure it’s more intense in that setting) but it’s a lot if you’re sensitive to that type of horror. If anything, it was more strange and sad (also funny at times which I didn’t expect😭) than scary to me. Spoiler It was a great movie more now than ever with beauty and aging standards in society. Tbh the eating scene in the beginning was the grossest part to me. Demi did an amazingggg job and so did Margaret they’re both so gorgeous. Didn’t know Margaret was a dancer but I was impressed. The pressure of aging for women especially is insane and it did a great job portraying those emotions and feelings. The scene of Demi Moore’s character getting ready for her date is so real literally how it feels to put on makeup and do my hair To be a woman is to perform Monstro slayed too 1 Quote ♡︎

TrashMagiq 58,727 Posted October 12 This movie was crazy as fuck omg. I was expecting to like it because I've only seen positive things about it so far, but wow... We laughed, we screamed, we threw up, it's an instant classic.. I haven't had a movie genuinely make me uncomfortable in a long while. Give Demi Moore that oscar.
