I also hear "face" the second time..

& The second time it sounds more like a T sound to begin with than a D. Hell, it kinda sounds like a T sound at the start as well. But I kinda hear "don't" so ????

I'm certain she's saying "rays" but as @@National Anthem pointed out, she could be saying light, love, or life.. light makes sense because of "ultraviolet rays" afterwards but I hear "life" more.
