fossora 932 Posted March 4, 2021 I luv thissss, and it is clearly inspired by Bowie's Young Americans and I'm at peace with that the closing track being called Candy Darling...I feel like it's a salyage
Shanice Jones 1,334 Posted March 4, 2021 It's my first time listening to her, I really liked her new song. Also I heard Los Ageless and Masseduction, any recommendations?

Masseduction is probably her most accessible album, and if you like those tracks it is probably a good place to start! Pills, Sugarboy, Fear the Future, Young Lover, Fast Slow Disco are similar to Los Ageless and the title track (aka they are bops) or you could try New York, Hang On Me, Slow Disco, Happy Birthday Johnny, Smoking Section if you rather something slower / moodier.

Kinda reminds me of ashes to ashes too You know, after listening to it inbetween some tracks of Young Americans and then in comparison to Golden Years, I have to retract what I said earlier. It is indeed the Young Americans era; especially Fame. Omg I am so excited for the rest of the album. 1 Quote ???????, ??? ??? ?? ?? ???? ?????

St Vincent Strange Mercy Masseduction Actor Love This Giant Marry Me not to come in with the Hot take but masseduction (9.5-10, this and the next one switch, the album that got me into her work) marry me (straight up 10, near perfect) st vincent (9-9.5, i don't vibe as much w the bonus tracks but that's fine) actor (8.5ish, a bit too short but otherwise really good) strange mercy (like a 7.5-8? has great songs but i don't vibe with it as much overall) (i haven't heard love this giant) oh also pay your way in pain is so weird but so fun, after being disappointed by the album cover i'm excited to see where this goes 1 Quote Got a devil on my back as a tribute to my mother
