Interesting, I really thought she would to Aeroplane or Come to Me, but tbh every song on that album is amazing.

first song/video and maybe (fingers crossed) pre-orders for the new album tomorrow! i am SO excited.

 

 

looks like she signed with a major label again (she was independent for her last record after her other major contract ended)...hope we get a gorgeous box set like we have for last few albums!

I so agree. It is a spiritual journey entirely and I'm pretty sure the album's gonna be. She's playing at a festival I'm going in France and I just can"t wait !

Unlike most people I love The Bride and Lost Girls. I love the general concept and the aesthetic of The Bride, which is a beautiful storytelling in my eyes, and the throwback feels of Lost Girls. I think both albums are gems. 
When it comes to new singles, I liked the first one but I don't think I will go back to second one. The theme of the album or the lyrics don't speak to me so much that's why I can't connect them really, and that's a bummer because she has always been one of my ultimate favs but I am sure I will find some gems on the record

I adore The Bride. it is such a daring concept with intense storytelling. I love the throback feel of Lost Girls but I have more trouble to stay connected to the album even if I like it. 

I'm pretty sure you'll like some stuff of the new album. I also prefer the first single.

i looooove the bride, up there with two suns as my favorite BFL record, but didn't really connect with lost girls– the emotional connection just isn't there for me, though i love jasmine, the hunger, and feel for you.
