That's she is not talking about Trump when, in fact, she is

 

Uh.. Idgi? Only world leader Lana ever talks about would be him no? Like she'd talk about Israel or something

She played National Anthem and then said that comment about world leaders and then played World at War, so it’s a song about JFK/Obama followed by a song about Trump, who are contrasting from each other

Ahh I see what she did there. I see how she incorporated NA to WWA.. A strange but unique interpretation.
