First of all, Lindsay Lohan was a child star. Abuse at such an early age twists the mind in ways unimaginable. Even her parents didn't care for her and treated her as a cash cow. She could be saying those things right now because she's being sympathetic to her abuser. Also her statement doesnmt invalidate a bunch of other women who came forward and said Weinstein sexually harassed them. How is it getting blown out of proportion? We're just discussing about the possible scenarios that happened between them. It's not like there's no link between Lana and Weinstein to consider it's possibility. And just because we're talking about this doesn't mean we're not bringing attention to the victims.

I wouldn't be suprised if she was OK with sleeping with him. Seriously. He didn't have to harass her, she might have simply agreed to everything.
All these women might have been feeling abused, but she didn't necessarily have to.

I feel very weird about this because Lana of course can do whatever she wants in her life and I don't want to preach @@her, especially since it's just now that i've heard about weinstein's doings but i know she has a knack for getting herself into dangerous situations, especially with men. So imagining her and harvey makes my blood freeze, even tho it shouldn't be my business. 
 
He was clearly a huge admirer of her in 2012, I can only hope he kept his lecherousness for himself. At least we know she went off making an album with a much different sound (so we know she wasn't trying to surf on the craze around btd/pe/ss remix vibes) and didn't consider going for a career in acting or movies. So maybe that suggests she took some distance from all that?

They're simply amazing, it's incredible the legacy they left even though they had so little time of career (4 years only, 1976-1980). Also, Ian was a great lyricist, it's just sad that he ''walked away in silence'' 'cause depression and epilepsy were just way too hard for him to go on. He'll be missed forever, but never forgotten. I wonder what JD and him would became if he were still alive, but this, sadly, will be forever only in my thoughts.

The sudden transition from Lizzy to Lana amazes me, I mean, she was a shy cute girl with a fascination for retro culture, I think when she got the deal with her producers she told them exactly what she wanted to look like, all of her persona is produced, but the production was chosen all by her. I'm pretty sure all the changes she went through weren't controlled by anyone.
