songs i actually really like and want to revisit frequently: end of the earth, believe in love, too afraid, emotional machine, soft to be strong (please don't call me also goes here) songs i like enough to play when they show up: enjoy your life, true, karma, you, superstar, baby songs i don't really care about: handmade heaven, to be human, no more suckers songs i honestly would rather have been straight up deleted from the album: orange trees, life is strange

in no real order: 1 - government hooker 2 - beautiful dirty rich 3 - paparazzi 4 - aura 5 - artpop 6 - john wayne 7 - electric chapel 8 - summerboy 9 - monster 10 - dance in the dark shoutout to nothing on but the radio, trigger, swine as honorables

found it via this link on the pc music subreddit, alongside another unreleased song, a live take of insomnia (which to me sounds final outside of the vocals, but i can't say for sure- it's definitely the same song at least), and driver go faster. apparently hit me where it hurts was also performed and recorded but i don't know if that file had been recovered- i've been waiting for sunflower to release personally just because it's my favorite and it sounds like it'd fit in here, although it might've been one of the cut pang songs we will eventually see (from her reddit ama)

honestly even tho i love L+F this much is just tea like she really shot herself in the foot with the whole "based in psychology" thing especially when the (bolded, in particular, but honestly all of them) songs just didn't have the sharp writing or interesting sonic direction to hold up the concepts
-
despite personally not being on board fully i do bet a pang deluxe is coming (not tomorrow but in the future) with welcome to heaven/smoke, this, and hopefully sunflower/the other unreleased 2017 tracks (insomnia and hit me where it hurts were played amongst them so we know some got in) and that all the songs will get their own new pang covers

im honest to god so frustrated abt this just for how clean this era's rollout would've been- like aside from the leak it would've been a clean, under 2 months from first single to album rollout. after seeing so many album cycles take 6 months to a year it felt almost too good to be true and well, apparently it was huh!
-
just got a vinyl copy and WOW is it bright... it's so much more vibrant than i expected. the slight transparency makes it look great too.
-
not people dissing it when it sounds incredible... the production i'm legit shocked. this is on par with ocean of tears for me as far as like the sleekest and most impressive production- if this is what the new songs are gonna sound like i'm so excited
-
literally never knew i needed this until now
-
someone l*ak the audio while we wait please!! i guess pang deluxe really is coming huh
-
textless album covers are a serve and this one has decided no one needs any hair anymore. we need the official reveal now just for how stunning it's gonna be in HQ
-
i actually like it. my least fav of the pre-release singles but this is still good. cannot wait to hear this whole album
-
i hope he actually drops the album like sometime soon and not like a year from now (considering the bloom rollout) cuz this is hella good and i'm loving the aesthetic so far
-
i feel like their name was Kurt and they had a Foxes? or Natalia Kills profile picture, they've posted a lot since then and i was like Hey but i didn't wanna say anything
-
paper love is her worst video and regulars/fresh laundry are her best sssssss in other news i hope she drops the cape god stems since she couldnt for SS

Norman Fucking Rockwell - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll
June Gloom replied to Elle's topic in Post-Release Threads
honestly i was thinking it'd be kinda a fun thing to see her do something like that livestream where she talked abt her fave unreleased/sung bits of them but just like sung her songs that fans request -
song sounds fun, i defs wanna hear it in hq before i say it's like a total bop but that instrumental is top notch and i'm actually digging the lyrical theme that being said we need the album cover and tracklist this upcoming week ma'am
-
honestly the title "grenadine quarantine" reads to me like she could be singing about how this is bittersweet (as grenadine is both sweet and tart), would love to hear whatever it is

Norman Fucking Rockwell - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll
June Gloom replied to Elle's topic in Post-Release Threads
honestly this like i still adore this record but everytime i came in here for like a month after its release it was people arguing about jack/the production/etc with the same like 3 gifs and talking points like who wants to read that... no wonder this thread is dead -
everyone stop arguing and everyone start streaming not okay so she can afford the vape juice for the next mv's smoke effects
