OK actually I thought episode 5 was the finale episode 6 should have ended with Alma smiling after the others found the dead violinist. I hate the narration that really ended the finale. We don't need soap opera commentary.

I finally watched Red Tide. It was refreshingly good and didn't have any problem with the ending. The last time I remember actually enjoying where AHS was going was back in Roanoke probably.

I think Spider Web would have been THAT song if it were released in 2015. Like viral success. Especially if it had a music video with all the social media teas, cause after all, that level of 2012 "in your face"ness was still sorta okay then. Even in 2023, I think it's a great song and almost gives me shivers, but it's little after its time.

Does anyone else kind of.... not like her since Love Sux? It feels weird, like idk, she seems off. Maybe she's struggling or something idk, probably to do with relationships. I do like Eyes Wide Shut tho

I may never stop talking about the different track mixes in UV, but I've been listening to the West Coast mixes in more depth lately and am still finding extra hidden things! In the Early mix, there's a background guitar riff missing (either missing or just so quiet I can't pick it out) from the bridges that I can pick up in the Album and Rob Orton mixes. Even in the Radio mix/demo, there's so much background complexity to the production. I can't believe I used to think of that track as "acoustic" and "basic". It's a masterpiece and I wish we got a a better mastered version.

I find it the most surprising that Sad Girl has never been played live. I could have sworn it was in her June 2014 shows, specifically the Carcossone one, but it's just my memory going stupid.

Absolutely right! I just don't think saying that me listening to POG the same amount makes violence any less good

I agree with everything people are saying (negatively) about her post-MA songs except for the fact that I listen to Player of Games pretty much daily P.O.G., despite its inspiration being He Long Tusk, still seems like a good Grimes song to me, and I think it fits right in with the MA songs. Her vocals are good, the production is more simple but still hits, and the lyrics are fine. I really don't see it being on a lower tier than Violence, for example.

I'm so confused, I guess the viralness is what helped. But a song I'd really be interested in hearing remixes for is Cherry.

Still hate the song but I can't lie, the show visuals of the giant robot angel interacting with Grimes gave me shivers. That would be amazing to see live.

Thank you for sharing never heard him speak or anything before and I love him now. He makes Lana sound absolutely beautiful too. If I didn't know her already, I'd by dying to, just the way he speaks of her.
