I've been listening to quite a few concept records from the 1970s lately, and I noticed that Lorde's Pure Heroine is very similar to them in that it features variations on the same themes. Not necessarily lyrically, but especially sonically there is a certain evenness to it because it seeks sounds from the same sonic vocabulary, so to speak (what an incredibly woolly metaphor to use). I like that a lot, actually, because it is a throwback to classic albums including early experiments with electronic music. I have read reviews criticising particularly that, however, I cannot but disagree with them. To me, the magic of Pure Heroine lies in its flow. I don't want to skip any songs because it's so seamless and concise - something I miss with other current albums. Just wanted to point that out.
 
Did I mention I adore Lorde? Good job there, @SitarHero.

Anyway, I love Total Drama Island and Revenge of The Island (Action and Tour are ok but I wouldn't watch them more than once), Avatar. The Last Airbender and its continuation, The Legend of Korra is damn good too, Danny Phantom, Spongebob the cartoons I watched when I was younger like Johnny Bravo, Totally Spies, Kids Next Door, Evil Con Carne or Billy & Mandy.
 
When it comes to cartoons whose target is not children/teenagers, I don't really watch too many. I hope I'll get to watch some more episodes of Futurama.
 
I also wanna watch Adventure Time, I've heard a lot about and really wanna see it myself. Once I have dealt with my current problems in my life, I will definitely do it.

I remember exactly what I was doing when it leaked, in April or May 2012 (I think).
My class (sophomores) were taking a state issued test that day and I remember checking LDRFM to see if anything new was going on. Well, I checked again an hour or two into the test and Never Let Me Go had leaked. I had to hurry up and download the song so I could hear it right after testing was over and I was so nervous. I was literally listening to it for the next few class periods of school that day.
 
If I had been caught using my phone during the test then it would have been voided and I'd have to come back in summer to redo the test. The things I do for Lana<3
 
Also the October 2012 TinyChat leak of Moi Je Joue, Last Girl On Earth, Butterflies, Push Me Down, Live or Die, and I Don't Wanna Go. Methamphetamines and Prom Song leaked around then too, earlier that day. Those tracks are all superb, not to mention the countless videos leaked that day.

December, specifically. When You & Me, Noir, Making Out, and Us Against the World leaked. Those songs remind me of winter 2012.

I agree with what most people are saying in this thread. Let's face it, if you want to be famous and you want to write songs then you have to exaggerate a little bit here and there to sound more interesting. And a lot of artists have songs written for them and their management is very controlling over their image - I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I just think it's bullshit when people say Lana's fake because in her career and personal life I feel that she's very interdependent and really knows what she's doing/what direction she wants to go in.
 
We don't really need to know the exact time scale and every little detail about her past, we have enough proof to say that she must have spend at least a bit of time in a trailer park and I don't think she'd make up having alcohol dependence and drug issues even if she does make out it was a bigger problem than it really was, tbh I hope she was exaggerating on that part. I think she just likes to bring her fantasy into her reality - as Lizzy Grant she always seemed to have lots of big dreams gangsters and now she's famous I think she wants to make a sort of beautiful story out of her past but obviously it has to be a little dramatized or nobody (apart from us stalkers) would be terribly interested, if that makes sense.
