people are messing with Lana's hygiene  so not sanitary in so many ways. Can't stop imagining her feet making circles around poop. I apologize I am disturbed

Well, 'GW' is a magazine by 'Germain Wings', a German airline ... and even if that shoot has been 1 year old, there are probably still fans who haven't seen it yet.
It's Lana stuff, so don't come around and say this is 'such an irrelevant magazine'! Be happy that people share at all!

It was a pretty cool shooting, the pics are amazing.

I love Gaga and Lana a lot too and I agree with you The bigger the artist is, the more hated he will be. It's ok to not like a singer but hate is a strong word. Underneath all the outfits, Gaga is a very kind, intelligent and talented person. Just do some research about the person before ranting about her.

i take back what i said 'i personally don't care for gaga' that was a lie, i like her in this:

    The Gaga hate here...

I think Lana probably couldn't care less. They are completely different. And no, Gaga did not copy Lana.

I personally think that you might be right. Lana doesn't seem to be a hateful person and I have never understood why her fans try to portray her as one. She may or may not dislike Gaga's music but that's not exactly the same as hating someone as a person. Besides Lana's comment on that particular Gaga video is years old. We have no proof of whether she still feels the same way or not. Is it even of such a great importance?
Anyway, this argument is sadly a lost cause on LanaBoards. There are too many people here who are convinced that Lana must hate Gaga (since obviously they themselves do) and every new remark on this topic only causes further arguments. It's better to ignore it.

If I am right, this thread is intended to discuss Lana possible dislike of Gaga, but apparently, it is taking a turn to members elaborating their dislike of her. And this seems extremely inappropriate to me.

She looks very moody but so pretty!!! I thinlk those are promotional pictures because that is not a studio ....I mean a real studio. Right? Whatever it is Lana seems Very HAPPY and EXCITED doing it/ recording it.

Management: We have to take some pictures in a home studio for the project
Lana: Oh really? I don't feel very sonically, thematically  and visually today.
    Management: has to be today
Lana: I don't want to go
    Management: You have too
    In the studio...
Management: Lana can you look a little more happy?
Lana: I am very happy. Why are you saying this? Don't I look happy?

I like how you described the relations in "Body Electric" but I don't think "Burning Desire" is about past relationships at all. Probably this song was written mostly to fit the Jaguar campaign than anything else, I guess it wasn't just a coincidence that Lana had written a song that was so fitting.

I think Burning Desire and Body Electric could be about K. They have lines that refer to a past relationship which ended a while ago, but she's 'going about the world like I'm having fun.' They remind me of Dark Paradise, she doesn't want to let go of what she used to have, so she just doesn't.

'We don't need nobody, 'cause we got each other, or at least I pretend'

The rest of the song ('we get down every Friday night' etc.) is just about what they used to do, or what she would be doing. The link with death being 'Heaven is my baby, suicide's her father, opulence is the end'. Her lover is dead, and she wants to be with him perhaps?

Burning Desire is Dark Paradise or Body Electric in a more sexual way. Again, it's fantasising about what she used to do or what she would be doing, she is trying to not only keep the memories alive but re-live them.

'I have to touch myself to pretend you're there...over and over again like my only prayer'.

I may be crazy, but I'm sure they link somehow. Again, sorry if this has already been posted somewhere!
