So weird, some of yall just seem to WANT it to be about Azealia/Kanye. Like do y’all want Lana to be slammed on Twitter and the media?
 
Her managers might be dumb, but they’re not stupid. They would never allow Lana to release a song that referred to someone as black referencing their skin tone, especially not in 2019. If she was going to shade Azealia or Kanye then it woulld be done tastefully, at least.

The reality is that this song gets better and better each time i listen to it, the lyrics are simply gorgeous and make the song for me. Lana has always has deep meanings in her song and she wouldn't risk such a personal song only to diss AB and even if she wanted to her managers aint stupid enough to let her do it, the twitter drama was fun but its over now.

I really don't think she would say that about Azealia in a song, but the way she wrote it.....      whew

“Black Narcissist” is the other version of herself. Often depression is depicted as being black and it only thinks of itself.
Lana is combatting it by having a fun time perhaps singing and touring. That’s the only thing keeping her away from her own depression. Nonetheless, she finds herself overthinking while trying to escape from that other self.

I kinda hope the album isn't actually called K-12 but I do hope that she does all the grades in this album so it's not like Elementary one album and she keeps dragging it on and this way maybe she'll be done with Cry Baby being a child... hopefully.

She is clearly referring to depression and not taking a random dig at either of those two people in an insanely personal and raw song.

the XX teaser is finally here! there is so much going on and i'm literally shaking. the beat hits so hard and i'm so ready for this dark concept!
notable parts of the teaser:
Kim Lip finally has her dark hair and she flashes her odd eye in the teaser Haseul cut her hair short!  the whole theme is centered around the butterfly effect Go Won has a big possibility of being center this era, seeing as the butterfly is her representative animal the title track will probably be titled "Butterfly" the numbers at the end are all linked to the moon phases of this month! "X1X" makes the formation of a butterfly and there are twelve different butterflies shown in the teaser i'm so excited to hear what comes from their album!
