Wow guys she's put on a few pounds. I'm not going to lie, in some pictures, it's pretty clear. But come on, she's just been on a tour so she's probably been living off a lot of junk food and not had much time to work out. And why the fuck are people defending Adele by shading Lana on a Lana Del Rey forum. We're supposed to support her here, not start picking up on little details like how she has a soft belly when it's pretty obvious Adele's fatter than Lana. It's not hate because I don't care if Adele's chubby, I still think she looks good - it's just a fact. Well I love Lana's figure, it really doesn't bother me anyway. I want to hug her.

I think she was being sarcastic. She was maybe publicly mocking the person who wrote that. I'm very sure that she's not pro-pedophilia in the slightest and even if she was then she wouldn't re-tweet that because it's obviously criticism. I'm also really happy with how Vanessa Paradis' new album 'Love Songs' turned out, after hearing the single 'Love Song' I had my hopes up (apart from the very unimaginative album and debut single which is just really rushed and unoriginal) and it definitely lived up to what I hoped for. So it's good she hasn't fallen downhill after a few years of not releasing anything, turning 40 and divorcing. Yes, exactly. I mean, I've seen that there's some of Lana's most dedicated fans criticizing her and of course, being a 'good' fan is all about being dedicated but it doesn't all consist of knowing the most about her past or having the most songs and what not. I'm not directing this to anyone personally, I don't want to bring any of that shit into this but to me, one of the biggest factors of being a fan is being supportive and sticking up for the artist. I'm not trying to say any of you are going to make her life a misery because she's not going to see this, this hasn't changed the world significantly but it gets to a point when you can go a little bit too far. Maybe I'm being over-dramatic, in fact, yes I am but I'm by no means the only one.

This. I'm not a delusional, crazy fan who worships her. I know she has the odd flaw here and then but there's nothing about her that makes me love her any less. I wouldn't go against her for her attitude in one fucking interview. I could say more but I'm sick of seeing this battle between her own fanbase made up of some of her biggest fans. She even said in this interview how she felt about receiving criticism and now look at this thread. I don't want to shove my opinion down everyone's throats I just think some people are being disrespectful and a little rude. I can't even think of how to describe it because I didn't expect this reaction. I don't know, I just don't know.

Very true. She must be shattered and she's not used to being in America, she'll cheer up soon, she's a very happy person. I'm really excited for the new album. I think one of the reasons she said she likes Paradise more is, like you said, her lyrical themes have altered and so she probably feels it's more personal to her, she's changing just like everyone does.

It makes me upset to think that the fame might be getting to her a bit but I still found this one of the most interesting interviews. I think she just watches what she says though because she knows people are going to pick up on everything she says but she expects that from her haters~, I think she needs her fans. I just got the feeling she felt quite angry that day. I'm pretty shocked by some of the feedback in this thread though! Not that I expect everyone to stick by her no matter what, I was just genuinely surprised. I guess I'd be a bit annoyed if I was American though.

I get you, I mean we have no proof but tbh wouldn't any artist be a bit pissed if someone hacked them? And it means people are capable of leaking new songs too. she's probably pleased people appreciate them at least lol. But she seemed fine about AKA because it was released so she wanted it to be successful so she probably feels similar to her album-worthy songs but where rough demos etc are concerned, I can't imagine any artist would like that to be brought out on the surface of the Internet. I'm not taking the words out of lana's mouth, just guessing.

I'm really happy for you that she's noticed you and your mixes are so popular! I think if lana's tweet meant she wanted money, she was just kidding because although she's annoyed about leaks, I think she's learnt to laugh it off. Besides, serial killer's probably her most popular/well-known unreleased song.
