Omg. There's so much glass and falling to pieces while falling for losers...this album is so freaking cohesive when you really dive into it.

Let's have one now, it's literally so amazing and underrated, I love the Paradise ep vibes on it with the soft strings and subtle beat.  
Also the production on this album is soo underrated! I love how all the instrumentals are fresh sounding and now I know y'all are just gonna focus on the weaker ones like Coachella but like the title track's instrumental is literally one of the best I've ever heard. I love the all the different sounds on it and the synthy bass (at least I think it's the bass lol) sound and the wolf howling sound on it!
 
Btw have y'all noticed all the background sounds on the other songs like sounds of shatttering glass on GBA and the airplane sound when she mentions getting on an airplane for the last time on Heroin? I love all those tiny details of the production.

while it's an incredibly gross and depressingly realistic opinion i don't fully think that alone warrants a ban, it's no doubt artists of any medium exponentially grow in terms of value and recognition upon death; but i def agree it's still something better off communally known yet not publicly said. It's not as disrespectful as when Chris Cuomo said (along the lines) hope she doesn't get killed meeting fans upon an event back in June- it's not nearly as crude imo

Daily reminder that LfL is underappreciated, Cherry is the bonafide bop of this era, Heroin is one of her best songs she's ever made, Get Free and Change are a part of this same group marking the last 3 songs on the album as the Holy Trinity, and that Tomorrow Never Came is the golden child and that Love is THAT powerful and anthemic song, also Yosemite, BAR, and RBFY were robbed and Yosemite is tied w/ her best song ever and when released has a great chance to overshadow even that.

Halsey was a huge Lana fan when she wasn't famous. She posted covers of Lana songs on youtube, quoted her lyrics and tweeted about her multiple times.
She has deleted all her Lana fangirl tweets but they kind of went like "Marina, Lana and Florence are my queens ! Where is Tropico "   kind of the typical 2013 tumblr teen.
 
 
I don't think Lana has ever acknowledged her existence except for liking one of Halsey's instagram posts in 2014 (I remember twitter going crazy for it lol), she probably dislikes her now tho xo

my ideal GBA vid is actually a cartoon, I’m pretty sure I mentioned this in the same thread already lol but it’s like some cute trippy beatles style cartoon where she escapes danger and gets herself into tricky situations and girls and women save her each time. like maybe it could be on her LA To The Moon tour so it shows her all over the country so different women of different areas save her each time. it’d be cute! doubt she’d ever do something like this tho. a girl can dream I think a 60s/70s cartoon style of her in the Love outfit with the daisies in her hair would be adorable

I'm really happy with the cover of this album, it connects to some of the songs very well. Also, why hasn't anyone mentioned a GBA music video yet? That would be awesome! I hope that song gets one too.
