Just for the record, I just wanted to make a general message, no one is specifically targeted here, but be careful about the homophobic comments.  When you find a behavior stupid and target it to a whole group of gay guys, you are being homophobe.
for examples: the crazy gays leaked everything / the crazy gay fans are the ones who jump on Lana at her concerts / You gays want so bad a duet with Marina.
True, some of the «Famous leakers» were gays. Doesn't mean every gay leaks stuff.
We don't have proof the jumper was gay (the only video I have seen was filmed from such a distance, I couldn't see the guy, let alone «guess» if he was gay or not).
I have read many girls wanting a duet with Marina.

Let's be honest here: Lana fans are peculiar fond of drama, whether we are straight or gay or or lesbian or queer. Hell, we wouldn't be here, on LB,  discussing and arguing about every single rumor we hear if we didn't like the teasing, the mystery and the drama. But for some of us, the drama-fondness is slightly flirting with depression and mental health. That's what I blame for the problems we have seen so far (jumpers, kidnappers, leakers and so on).

So be careful, my friends. Most of you are not even concerned by this.
And it  would be easy to do the contrary, to blame every «depressed straight p*ssy» or « straight limp d*ck» for every problem in this wide fandom (and I would be wrong to do so).

I hope +15 songs tracklist without the name "Sean Ono Lennon" in it, an iconic cover photographed by Neil, the Marina and FJM collab and homemade videos.

I think that line is so sweet. Why the negativity?

I don't mean to sound too genius lyricsy (because believe it or not, I had known about this phrase before the song came out ) but I always have two images in my head with that line (which is one of my favorite in the entire record)

White Tennis Shoe syndrome is the phenomenon of the mind making up excuses in order to procrastinate doing really important things essentially (it comes from an anecdote of Ayn Rand, the writer, coming up with excuses before writing, and right as she's about to start she realizes she never cleaned her white tennis shoes from last summer)
So Lana is maybe saying - embrace this lack of responsibility and carelessness (put your white tennis shoes on and follow me) because she and her lover are abandoning all material posession, attachment, etc. for each other. She will never sing again, he won't work another day, thats how strongly they are committed to this, or she wants them to be.

White Tennis Shoes are also very mid-Americana aesthetically, so there's also the possibility that she likes that. He's putting on his white, pure, clean tennis shoes and going with her on an adventure/journey, the next chapter of their lives together. The assumption is that he has a clean canvas that will at the end of the journey be painted/dirtied or filled in with the experiences they make together.

my favorite part of being a lana fan is definitely when she's touring. it makes me so happy.

and this tour in particular was just so beautiful and exciting, and i can't believe i was part of it.

Clean, kind and organised seems about right - not only for this thread, but for the show itself. For the first time in my experience, the queue numbers were scrupulously observed. This was made possible by some very neat organisation by the people at the front, who went down the line and got everybody in the right order. We were then escorted in, calmly and quietly, in pairs. I’ve never known the queue for a Lana gig go off so smoothly - congratulations Madrilenos!!!

The show was so good, just perfect! I really enjoyed it! Lana looked quite happy too during the show! She also said that she knew a lot of people weren’t just from Antwerp, but from all over the world and that she was thankful for us (the fans) because she’s not on the radio and they don’t really do much of promotion. She said that standing there was all thanks to the fans, because we’re the ones buying the records . I think we have a strong fan community, I really enjoyed waiting in the queue the whole day with some really friendly people from all over the world! On a note to end my adoration haha: I’m glad she’s okay after the incident and I loved her outfit, it was really beautiful!

I will forever stan this woman. We are so so so lucky to have her in our lives. Constantly releasing new music, constantly interacting with her fans. I am utterly so excited for this new era and every era until I die. Thanks.

It's Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel! She said it was her inspiration for writing Cherry. I absolutely love that cover.

Sorry for the double, triple posts:

As I wrote earlier, I didn't look for recent performances to keep an element of surprise in the setlist and everything.
So this ad lib in "Born To Die" might not be new, but since I had never heard it, it caught my attention and I found it beautiful:

Around 3:21, she sings "You like your girls insane... Don't cha? Don't cha ? I heard you did and you know that I am":

She also thanked the audience and said that it was still one of her favorite songs to perform live (don't quote me on that but it was something along those lines).

This was my first Lana concert !  (I sooo wanted to see her during the Paradise tour but my cousins took too much time and the concert was sold out in the meantime, grrr).

I have to rewrite this because I accidentally closed the window but let's go !

I went with a friend whom I introduced to Lana's music a few years ago, I bought her ticket as a birthday present and she thoroughly enjoyed the concert.

The opening act was Cat Power. Lana said that its lead singer really inspired her in a time when female singers all looked and sounded alike and stated that she's reason she writes the lyrics she sings today. Also, if I understood correctly, the band's guitarist played with Lana back in the day (pre-BTD, I mean) and when he learned that she still sang "Yayo", he told her "I can't believe you still play that song after ten years !".

The stage reveal was a bit spoiled by the fact that way before Lana came on the scene, the team started to roll up the drapes in a rather clumsy way. I mean I didn't mind, I had already seen the stage in videos but I thought it would have been nice to give people who hadn't this element of surprise.

I have to say I was curious about what she would wear and I'm sad to say that I... Didn't like the outfit (soryyyyyy!!) but that's not important. She opened the concert with 13 beaches. I couldn't help but feel that the songs that followed made the setlist a bit heavy - without taking away from their beauty, of course.

At a certain point, she turned to her band and said "I don't want to sing that song. No, I don't want to sing that one either" and I was livid for a minute like "Now, waaaaait a minute, is she trying to cut MYYYYY setlist ???" hahaha. That being said, I do believe she skipped MTWBT or Love and/or something else which is fine by me, to be honest !

She then started to ask the front rows what they wanted to hear. She said that they were doing nothing like planned and that this was "Karaoke Night", haha. I dooon't know if it was completely sincere or not, since she had graphics that fitted the "chosen" songs she performed. I was surprised to hear her sing "Gods and Monsters", for instance. I admit I didn't check what she sang in recent dates just to keep an element of surprise but I wasn't expecting that one ! (Enjoyed it, too)

I think she mentioned Heroin at some point but looking back, she didn't perform it. Too bad...

Overall, I think she did quite a good job in having a good couple of songs from each album. The medley is a good one. As a BTD-Paradise lover, I was so happy to hear so many songs off these two albums. National Anthem and OTTR are such a great closing combo, in my opinion !

On OTTR, she almost didn't sing at all so I was singing on the band's instrumental and had so much fun (sorry to the people sitting next to me). Which leads me to another topic: the quality of the music. Gosh ! I loved the instrumentals, the band was on fire ! A young girl came with a quite older man (boyfriend or dad or uncle, I don't know). And I think he knew 2 singles but clearly wasn't "into Lana Del Rey". But he enjoyed the music so much, he was bopping his head so hard to the drums and guitars ! He was very tall and blocked my view but he enjoyed the concert so much that I was like "It's fine, he enjoys it at least !".

I was shocked when I realized that Lana used some footage of running horses for White Mustang because I used the same for an "Old Money" video I did a while ago (in 2015 apparently, phew, time flies). The video has barely over 500 views lol so I'm not insinuating anything but that was a nice moment.

During the fan greeting segment, she took her time to take pictures and sign stuff. A fan got the chance to talk to her for quite a while, and she hugged him. He was very moved, it was a very cute moment. "Burn Norton" is a bit dull for that moment, I think, but I suppose that's because I always loved it when she used the poignant and beautiful instrumental of National Anthem for these parts.

The dancers added nothing to the show and I blame them for the use of increased backing tracks in Lana's performances, lol.

From what I can remember, this is what she sang (by album and in no particular order).

    Born to Die / Paradise:

    - Born To Die
    - Blue Jeans
    - Video Games
    - Summertime Sadness
    - Gods and Monsters
    - Ride
    - Young and Beautiful
    - Yayo
    - National Anthem
    - OTTR

    Ultraviolence:

    - Ultraviolence
    - West Coast
    - Pretty When You Cry
    - Black Beauty

    Honeymoon:

    - Honeymoon
    - High by the beach
    - Burn Norton

    Lust for Life:

    - Lust for Life
    - Cherry
    - 13 beaches
    - White Mustang
    - Change

She also did a short cover after Cherry, also. Haven't looked up its title yet, but you guys probably know it.

    Other stuff she said:

She thanked the audience because the reason why she and her band can come to these kind of stadiums is because the fans buy her records. She that that they were not on the radio or anything, nor were they doing the marketing thing so she's really thankful. She also said she and her band have been together for quite some time, which answered a question I asked myself (how long have then been together). She said that they started in a "DIY" way and that it was great to tour so many beautiful cities and grow together.

Yeah, I noticed that too! A very experienced fan who was close next to me, told me she also mostly uses the swing on the right hand side (audience right)

She always seems to go to the right (audience right, her left)

I was not at the end, but I wasn’t in the centre either so it was a great spot . She came down in the audience, but she went back on stage before she passed me. If she went a little bit further... haha. She didn’t do the left side, so I would go for a spot near the centre/ right hand side!

@electra, thanks again - Lana really should employ you as an expert show guide! Yes, they did give us a map so I guess that’s one less problem.

@Readyforthegates, many thanks also for that really useful information. I can see how the whole numbering thing could go wrong! Were you right at the end of the right-hand side, or just between the centre and the end? I have sometimes found it better to be further over to one side, because she doesn’t always go straight for the centre.
