  1. BoZ is sure good at one thing and it’s to get people all riled up thinking he is posting about their fave. He knows how to play a good teasing game. Could it be about Lana? Maybe, maybe not. Guess I’m just tired of getting excited for nothing
  2. It’s only speculation from a note /PDF that was posted on that site. Someone here wrote down what was written. Apparently, a few lucky got to hear the album but in lq (a phone recording). The album is not country (duh) and there is a surprise collab that will please people. I’be been so disappointed by all of those « insiders shit » that I don’t believe anyone anymore
  3. If there really is a collab on this album, wouldn’t it be Jon Batiste?

I Love the new song so much ❤️
  5. I know I ain’t. BoZ posts less and less about Lana. And I don’t always like what he likes, so even if it was a Lana post (which I don’t believe it is), I’m not getting excited over this. (It’s a bit sad, but here I am, never getting my hopes up for anything about her: not snippets, nor pre-leaks, nor her posts, nor anything her team posts that could be - but often isn’t- about her)
  6. I don’t even want to guess anymore, way too tired for guessing games or cryptic pseudo directions.
  7. In her defence, I think she wishes she could do it, but once again, she opened her mouth before running things with her company. She is way too much successful with her physical releases that Interscope probably won’t allow it.
  8. Not gonna move for this. It’s the path to disappointment.
  9. Does he even like her? I don’t remember him talking about her… He loves old Lana, but is mostly a big K-pop fan and Dua Stan from what I gather from his tweets.
  10. I really don’t believe we will. The whole midnights concept, about sleepless nights, doesn’t go there at all. There’s also a 70’s look to the covers and I wonder if II reflects in the production as well.
  11. Nobody confirmed nor corrected this info. Two users here said it was the correct title (but until further proof from someone 100% reliable, nothing is confirmed). I find it odd that we would have correctly guessed it when we never do
  12. I Hope we get some behind those scenes story for this song. I mostly want to know who thought of Lana first… Taylor or Jack?
  13. She didn’t acknowledge her collab while Ben, Ed and Chuck did
  14. Love all of y’all but LB really is a social experiment sometimes. at least we’ve passed the scrap phobia of two years ago
  15. This is also what I think. Anyways, the Taylor collab is major: you just can’t « double release » with that song in the way. And everyone would be happy to have the lead when the vinyls are already in production, so the pre-release won’t drag for more than six months, with the damn vinyl « delays » / high demand.
  16. Cardigan was released with the rest of the album, same with Willow, but those two were leads to « surprise release » albums… Maybe well get it this week? but hey, it’s Taylor, she can do whatever she wants since she is THE bestselling female artist out there… but… now that we know the tracklist and the album is coming in less than two weeks, she has to do something this week to keep the rollout on a hype, I think. but the real question is : Is Snow on the Beach the real lead single?
  17. Exactly! plus I Hope Interscope realized that Lana is a « grower » artist, one that might never get a big impact upon release but that gets steady and growing numbers over time. BTD and Summertime Sadness are good examples. UV surpassing NFR in the last weeks, although being a 8 year-old album… Even BB, which is not doing « great » compared to other releases, hit 300M streams on Spotify last month… and it’s the third fastest of her albums to get to that mark (I would never have believed). As for the lead of LDR9, I hope she chose a good song (mid-tempo-ish with heavier production than BB or COCC), one that could get some attention after her Taylor collab.
  18. A couple of weeks after October 21 could be enough I think. We move on very quickly from one release to another. I don’t think she’ll want her lead single to go number 1. The collab with Taylor will surely generate some buzz / more attention from the GP, and the steaming numbers from it will probably benefit her overtime. but then again, we have no idea what is the plan for this album. Many artists I follow chose shorter pre-releases (4-5 months) for their new album, and the album was done when the lead was out.
  19. Still wondering if it’s literal snow or cocaine they’ll be talking about Taylor doesn’t have a very long drug historic in her songs ( that I can think of)
  20. To anyone who doesn’t like this collab, look on the bright side: if it’s bad, well, it’s not part of her album and there’s still a new one around the corner to look forward to (not liking the lead to an album is so much more disappointing IMO)
  21. Well, it’s the only feature of the album: it would be a waste if all she did was oooohhh and ahhhhhs in the background. Taylor probably is the leading force of this song when it comes to direction in production, and many songs of her two latest albums don’t sound as stripped down as COCC or some songs of BB. Maybe it won’t be as good as we thought it would, but in the meantime, I really like the title and am excited
  22. Totally agree with you. And it’s a Jack track, which they both love to work with. This collab has lots of potential. just like you, evermore and folklore got me listening to her and I warmed up to her a lot. Her new version of Red is almost a continuation of these two albums, with a pinch of pop. I really love 1989 as well although that one is pure pop. It’s reputation that I don’t really love and lover : those two sound generic pop to me (I get that reputation was a new direction for her, but when 1989 still sounds pop bliss, reputation didn’t age well or doesn’t sound avant-garde at all)

I have no idea how this (or the album) will sound… But Snow on the Beach reminds me of the « cold foggy beach » feeling rumoured to be on LDR9… or even waist deep into icy waves 🌊 and it’s a Jack song… it’s probably just my delulu mind talking, but I don’t see that collab being that far-fetched from what the Lana album could sound.
