I don't think anyone bought Britney Jean.

I'm going to set my DVR for the morning show she's going to be on. She's going to brush her hair for that one. 

Sometimes Lana comes off as pretentious and silly in interviews (romanticizing the 60s/70s, talking about how she's such a true artist, calling Hispanic culture "exotic...") but this one was actually really nice. It didn't seem like BS when she was talking about metaphysics like she normally does. It was genuinely interesting and I felt like there were more glimpses into her as opposed to other interviews where it feels like she's responding how they want her to respond and being all "chameleon-like." As much as I like Lanalyzing her love life, I do hope for more songs about her, her struggles, her "very deep" psychological world, feeling "alone but not lonely."

Beta just released his remix of EH on Soundcloud! It's set to the instrumental of Relic and sounds FUCKING TERRIFIC! (the way Marina says BetaTraxx is just unnnngh)

That EP is her new album, she's been working on it all this time in that weird place she's in, get ready for the slayage that is Electra Heart: The Heart Remains

I liked it. It gave the song a different edge. I think it's weird shorter but it's still a great song.

I guess a lot of people are disappointed because it has been delayed so much, that they expected it to be more (I think).

The vocals are exactly the same as the August Demo, sadly. Beta has already uploaded the Relic instrumental on his Soundcloud, which sounds VERY different to the final version of EH.
 
 
I don't get all this hate for the song, did you guys not know that it wasn't going to be drastically different? Beta said that the Final version wasn't entirely dissimilar from the August Demo, so I'm not too sure what you were all expecting from it????

- Seemed hesitant about B-sides part 2 until she saw that there were sooo many questions about it and then she said "I'll get it out somehow"
- She did a song with DIIV that will apparently never be released hmm
- I asked about Pretty Dull bc this is my mission and she said that she does want to release it and it has some of her favorite lyrics that she's written
- If she were to sing an As If song live it would be 99 Tears that's kinda cute
