Btw this song is so visual... It reminds me of the scene in Gatsby when Nick goes to see Daisy the first time and there's wind in the windows, it sounds like this exactly

This song is so beautiful lyrically. Lana is talking to the fans, saying how she knows how emotional and depressed we can be at times, but we're young once and we should still find love and be happy. And in the last chorus, she replaces all the "you" with "I", making it more personal and showing that she's going through what we're going through. It really is such a beautiful song and I'm so sad that this is the way that it was released.

I find it to be her best record & my favorite record so far. Though I don't find it to be monotonous. Rather, as I believe somebody else said it as well, very submissive. You can legitimately feel her growing throughout the record. Not only that, but in some parts of the record were I used to think she lacked energy I found she didn't. This is where her submission showed best I found. She was trying to be the femme fatale, the dominant figure in her life. Though, through taking the stand & accomplishing what she had to do she was also deathly afraid. Thus explaining why some parts if the songs sound quieter or almost like it could be more but it isn't. Though by the end of the record you can tell she's growing more & more independent. She's adapting. I also love everything to do with the era. Though, rather quiet at times I found it to be very intriguing.

My favorite part was the gays sleeping on the streets to meet her in LA and NYC at Urban Outfitters

Jk I saw Lana, met het and got this damn record signed so it was all worth it, and Salvatore is a fckn amazing song. And the AnOther Man shoot is gorgeous
