I don't have my stan card yet for them, but I really like them, and got I Love You. for Christmas this year! They almost seem like a male version of Lana, but I think I only feel that way since they share Emile.

I've neglected this thread lately, sorry! But I have exciting news! I have tickets for Lorde's March 8th show in Philly! Also, I released the music video for The Love Club that I've been working on since October. I'll post the link below. The concept is about outcasts from various social groups coming together to form their own clique. Let me know what you think! This wasn't my favorite part, but I enjoyed the scenes in the trailer, because 1) Lana needs to wear her hair up so much more, it's adorable and makes her look younger. 2) It seemed so Lizzy Grant era and this was suppose to be semi autobiographical.

A few disjointed thoughts about the film, which on a whole, I enjoyed. 1. I enjoyed the way they danced during Body Electric. Watching them dance wasn't like watching people dance in the club or ballroom, but almost its own hybrid. It looked natural like they didn't care who watched, just what their bodies felt like doing. The way they moved showed how curious they were about the world and their bodies. 2. It seemed like John was the central figure on Eden. Was he supposed to be the "God" (and Jesus his son??? idk lol). 3. Adam and Eve seemed centered on one big sin for their story lines. Eve- lust and Adam- wrath. This seemed to make sense to me, because Marilyn was promoting sexuality and John violence (or rather more defense I suppose) and Adam and Eve sinned by blowing those two traits out f proportion. 4. The ending is the only part that confuses me. When they began floating were those things in the sky supposed to be UFOs? if so kinda wtf or were they thunder clouds? 5. Elvis' reactions to everything. it killed the mood for me.

It feels nice knowing for certain that she's not leaving music yet. I didn't think she was, but that period of time when Black Beauty first leaked... I was a bit nervous.

A little misc. but I'm directing/ in a music video for The Love Club. We're filming in 2 weeks, so it should be out the first week of December.

tbh it kind of annoys me this season that no one stays dead, and it looks like 2 more are being brought back. It's nothing against the characters, because I love most of them, it's just the concept that no one stays dead.

I bought the magazine yesterday, and she says "Elvis and and Jesus and Marilyn and extraterrestrials all in one." She didn't say Elvira.

I found it kind of funny that she keeps saying she's not going to write another I Love It, but all of these new songs seem like they are a similar vein: all punky, shouty, and stupid in a good way.

TBH I wish that it was 2 other characters having the romance than Tassia and Evan, because we already had to endure that in Season 1. They could have at least switched one of their parts.
