    Honestly, in terms of the lyrics, I've heard worse lyrics from her (*cough cough no more suckers cough cough*). There are a few of them I'm not the biggest fan in the world of, but overall, they're really not that bad. I've had the song on loop since yesterday, I just can't seem to put it away.     I've always loved this video of her telling the story behind yayo in newark - it's so interesting to hear her talk about people like mikey martin/shiny toy guns and rob dubuss, and to just know the story of one of her most iconic songs

    Although there are a few BTD demos that I like better than their final versions (mainly lolita and diet mountain dew), I think that all the final versions of the songs fit best on the album, and none of the demos would have fit. I know a lot of people wish that she would've just kept certain songs as their demo versions, but in my opinion, they're demos for a reason. I also don't think unreleased tracks like you can be the boss or us against the world would've fit on the album either.

    I am in LOVE with this concept. I've never been a L+F hater, but this album feels so much more like Marina. I'm so excited for this album, and the cover is super cute (it feels slightly early 2000s). In terms of the tracklist, I'd rather a really good short album than an average long album so I'm hoping for the best

    I'm kind of sad that we're not getting this album on vinyl (just at the moment hopefully), but I have been wanting to start collecting and listening to cassette tapes so this may be my opportunity for that
