This sounds so happy to me, like the other side, the happy ending successor to Black Beauty omg

    tbh

i mean this film is about a damaged recluse* that remains forever young (and beautiful)

every film she's written for has actually been rather fitting for her in one way or another now that i think about it

Why people need to be so negative about a ballad written for a movie? It doesn't need to sound different from her usual stuff because that's the reason why the producers wanted her on the soundtrack in first place. It's a classic ballad with a cinematic feel and it fits perfectly the tone of the trailer.

But something about the timing of this release tell me this was last-minute decision to put her on the soundtrack ( maybe to get some buzz for the movie).

OMG the "Life is Beautiful" thread was one of the last ones on ldr.fm, this has been cooking since fucking 2012!

I don't know if it was the movie (which I'm really looking forward to) or the song or Ellen Burstyn saying 'Happy birthday, momma' or all of those combined but this made me so happy I was literally about to cry

Because of all that perpetual tragic-love, doomed-relationships-with-junkyard-brutes, heartbreak-hotel narrative, she shoud name her new sonic baby "Bitter Moon". Too bad the title is already used. Honeymoon sounds like an irony to me.

Thanks All that tumult collages were made by myself, but I was afraid someone might complain that the disturbing and screaming eccentricity of covers like Gods and Monsters was born more for someone like Lady Gaga (although I'm personally not inclining to that opinion). Lana is like opium, and although her music is often described as depressing, I see it as ayahuasca for my brain     (because with her suggestive and painterly lyrics she evokes so many paralel universums and layered, complex, sometimes intensely ambivalent emotions, and I used the collisions and overlappings of that emotions for coloristic flamenco ).

Thank you, I also find them very precious.

Wow, there's something really appealing about a lot of these, and when the over-the-top, psychedelic style is pulled off, it's very striking, which you managed to do. Gods & Monsters, Cruel World and Dark Paradise are probably my favourites, although I love the image you used for Pin Up Galore, faded with the waves because it really reflects the atmosphere of the song.

This is my favourite. Start capitalizing the D in "Del" though!

I'm adding Velvet Crowbar again, because the part of the flower on the left was shamefully missing.

Ok, I'm not a graphic designer (elegance, minimalism, sleek use of fonts, proportions etc.), and these won't be perfect imagined covers for Lana's singles that will suit everyone's taste, but my own interpretations based on my views on her art and feelings and visions she stirrs up in me. My style is a bit kitschy, baroque, psychedelic and sometimes over the top with colors or gore elements (some of the works are even morose, diabolic and macabric).
First covers are made with wrong font, because I couldn't download the propriate one, but now I got it.

If you got any suggestions for improvement, please do tell.

I just want to know the damn producer

I hope she doesn't address the Kim Gordon BS. Not commenting makes her look very mature, I think.

She looks so beautiful here.So mature, glamorous but not in a flashy way and really fresh. I love the minimal make-up and i adore the cherry dress so much

I really hope we will get some sort of update on how Honeymoon is going as well as more interesting questions rather than the usual ones that Lana gets asked most of the time.

I can't wait tbh Maybe just maybe the Honeymoon Era will be soon upon us...
