  1. Those were exceptions though PLUS your pics are from performances. Every outfit she wore at other events was tragic.
  2. UV aesthetic was only nice on photoshoots. All her dresses/outfits apart from that were extremely meh. And I hope she keeps the auburn/light brown hair and NEVER goes black again. It doesn't suit her at all.
  3. It's simple and beautiful and not one of those overloaded gowns some other women wear to events like this
  4. Best outfit since the little black dress and the white shirt-outfits she wore at the pre-grammy parties. Her hair is flawless
  5. Still no sign of Colors (stripped) and Garden in good quality? Can't believe that 2 of her best songs are exclusive -.-
  6. I thought that she is sad because she's just his side chick, as she sings about being "a mistress on the side" during the first verse
  7. She looks nice, but I'm not really the biggest fan of the dress ... the hair is really nice though.
  8. Heart Shaped Chevrolet, 1949, Hawaiian Tropic and Daytonah Meth all have lyrics and melodies that are used in Every Man Gets His Wish. Match Made In Heaven contains a lot of lyrics and melody-elements she later put into Ghetto Baby. St. Tropez and Puppy Love use the same "One - two - three - four" vocal sample. The melody of Freak's "Come To California" and Florida Kilos' "Come On Down To Florida"-lines sound very similar-
  9. Born To Die, Video Games, Old Money or The Blackest Day in my opinion.
  10. The last two looks were better but I really like this aswell. I'm SO GLAD she has the auburn hair again, it suits her SO MUCH BETTER and ... I don't know, it finally feels like Lana again for some reason xD
  11. see, I don't really intend to "show you", I just think comments like this are unneccecary.
  12. the only boring thing here is your saltiness. Everyone can enjoy the songs they like and Religion is a pretty nice song.
  13. Garden and the stripped version of Colors really sound nice. I hope she keeps that direction and drops the boring, annoying sound of Roman Holiday or the album version of Colors.
  14. And maybe before you snap out next time, you should consider that I'm joking ... since the emoticon
  15. Getting a Bowie set after he died doesn't make you a fan though
  16. Only if you take them literally and assume it's supposed to be about a happy relationship. For me, Religion seems more like a song about giving up and an extremely unhealthy relationship where she tries to "numb" the pain by completely succumbing to her boyfriend.
  17. Depends on if it's an actual remix of a song, with the song itself still existing and just being produced in a different way or if it's a super annoying one that loops one line ten times and spams fragments of words.
  18. If she just performed a Bowie song in this style during one of her concert, that would be perfectly fine. Covering a song your way and presenting it as a part of your set is something every artist can do. But if you say you are paying tribute to someone, it should definitly be ... respectful. that doesn't mean you have to copy the artist or do it in a cheesy, faux-emotional way, but all Gaga did was shameless self-promotion and enjoying the medial attention.
  19. that's kind of a silly argument though since it was a BOWIE TRIBUTE. Like, if she just randomly covered him ... ok. But selling it as a tribute, it was really just that ... Gaga with a bit of Bowie for all the gags stans who don't even care about him either way.
  20. No hate,m but nothing about this was a tribute to Bowie. It was a Gaga performance and Intel promo. That's pretty much it. Bowie was an inspiration and a nice way to put thi performance in a spotlight but ... nothing about it really feels like it's actually a tribute to a person.
  21. The "original" West Coast video had the fire-scene looking even worse than the final one and it had a shot of her singing the chorus in the car, looking rather "sad" (the final version cuts off before this angle is shown) Didn#t she said she wrote it AFTER seeing a movie which inspired her? I can't remember that it was confirmed it was for a movie.
  22. If she did anothe ralbum in a different direction it really needed to have a bit more diversity and some kind of "exciting" frame to work.
  23. I: Are you gonna drop another album any time soon and suprise everyone? LDR: I don't think it'll be a suprise when I do it but, you know, I will soon - I'm working on stuff I love, so ... I: Is it in a different direction from your last album? LDR: Yeah, but I don't know if you'd really know cause it has more to do with acclarity of inner dialogue that I feel like is coming through better. I: *mumbles something about other music* LDR: It's kind of in the same esthetic. So, I guess at the moment she's just producing more HM songs.
