I think It's incredibly boring, almost no Charli in there and super forgettable. I get that most people would say Porsche is the weakest on the album but It just bops. 
 
 
2099 is soooo empty? The album ends with February 2017. And yes, Thoughts is perfect. Being insecure, lonely and depressed never sounded better 

Yeah, the way they let Downhill Lullaby to rot alone is criminal. I will never forgive Sky for that.
If you ask me, she should've released Downhill Lullaby (March) followed by Guardian (May), I Pray for Rain (June-July) and Descending (September) as singles, and then the album (October). All in 2019, of course, when DL was freshly released.

But seriously, I don't like the extra noisy production in Track 10. Its demo is better and it's the version I'm using.
Out of My Head is really good tbh. Not the best on Pop 2, but a very nice track imo.

And Thoughts... that's magneficient! One of the best from Charli.

I think imo Blame It On Your Love is like , the ultimate Charli song. Like her old AND new testament in the Bible that is her catalogue.

It is incredibly lazy however, if it is covers in a similar style to Voices Carry I will probably be satisfied as I probs listened to that more than Downhill Lullaby. No dig at DL, it is a great song but would sound better in the context of an album and the lack momentum it had really killed it. If it more covers like Blue Velvet or Easy I cba..

Let me just say that I've heard demos by songwriters for Masochism which are identical to Sky's versions

I literally thought that she would just take credits on songwriting from her pop days back in 2010... literally used to think that from Ghost EP and afterwards she'd have some songwriting in her songs.

i mean not writing songs is not a bad thing, it’s very common and it doesn’t mean shit for me. but acting like you own it when you don’t? that’s disgusting.

I will no doubt be excited for Lorde’s new album, but I just wish she was more prolific. 4 years is a loooong cycle. I know she wants to have like a Kate Bush-esque long, artistic career but I fear that there will be other similar artists who will outlap her.
