I'm a sucker for Synthpop in general so both are really good. A bit... "too-like" and Kid Wonder left me waiting for a better chrous but overall, beautiful songs. edit: Nevermind about what I said for Kid Wonder. It's flawless on it's own and keeps getting better.

I get it. I don't think Simon Says is bad, it's just that I expected something better (If you lurk before CLX II was released I was stanning that instrumental NNNN). Not so Bad in LA is a great song the way it is cuz I don't really take it serioursly, but I love the weird sound + sarcastic lyrics to talk about a city that was shown and perceived to be so "Glam" and is still the core over the giant industry for movies & music. And the line "Angels all left but we'll stay". I really hear it as a strong track on it's own. Not really single material, thought, hehe. All The Rage is a great banger but it's really that generic song that we all love but... I'm just glad it never made the final cut to CLX II (even if the record have it own glory of sounding like it was made for Spotify Chill Playlists). Unsolved was truly iconic with all the MESS around it. Ugh. Her mind. And all this NSBILA vs BITCH feud I don't get it since NSBILA for me was like the second BITCH emulation but this time around better than Simon Says and not so clear. The weirds synths are still there tho, love 'em.

Well, even if we are not counting with "untouchable 5", Lana herself confirmed that she reworked most of the record with Dan and that's what we deal with "original Ultraviolence record" (and recently we got some snippets from original demos that sound, well, different.) I always imagined these 5 were for the new record and not Paradise outtakes. But really early records. The way we know about Black Beauty and all these songs were made avaliable at same time and even sound-like.... Love when we take deeper looks over this sea. Reminds me when lanaboards theorized the possibility of having a full scrapped record\concept between AKA and Born to Die with all the recordings we have around these years and even the "Mink coat video" thing.

I never expected this project to be this acclaimed but well, she did THAT. The movie is on the way to be the next step on her career. Soundtrack sounds cool. Love her always

Kid Wonder sound so beautiful but I think it will be a bit of "dragging-too-long" of a song. Unless there's some type of epic build up or whatever. Still a 9\10 tho

Probably she just "can't" upload stuff right now (at least it's the feel that I got from Voices Carry "INFANT DEMO" being the only thing she had). Label probably funding new music etc etc etc. I'd expect a single to come out before the end of the year but it's Sky so... maybe Summer 2020

Super Sunset def feels a bit "Unsolved" realness but this time without all the fuckery around it. I think she def. will be back to CLX thing later, probably as a full lenght album like CLX II. At same time it's a bit odd the way she really teased about "CLX III" since last year and suddenly new project popped up. I'd say Super Sunset was meant to be the thing before she realized it could be better on it's own, as a brand new thing. And I like it.

is the Intervention song the one that sound like beach? I think it's really one of the few ones I couldn't bother to download dddd and I do own Stupid Hat DDDD. I think she wantes to be bigger with CLX II. She already mentioned some kind of regret of not having a label deal because it's impossible to get radio support in USA without a Label. I think the sound-switch and everything was also a way to try on her own to be a "spotify-darling" at least without losing all her character while joining a real-big-label. Right now I think it could be great for her to get a real deal since she seems to have a nice balance between the commercial and the conceptual. Label would probably help her funding videos and some possible promo (I mean if somehow they managed to send 3 songs from CLX II to radio, then...) But I also don't think Super Sunset will be so driven to call people's attention on chill playlists.

Song is great, didn't expect it. Diplo did a good job. Lyrics are a bit off(and vocals) but however, it's great compared to the stuff released before. This should be the follow up to lowlife
