Is anyone else giving themselves a talk about how it’s okay she isn’t premiering the song, the album will come out when it comes out, and to just be grateful she’s finally doing a live TV show in the US? Or is it just me? I want her to debut the song so so bad but I just can’t see it happening at all, I just want what she’s performing to leak so we can all be done with this, and just enjoy the performance for what it is

yes! I think tomorrow is going to be the biggest day that we’ll finally start to have some answers!! I jump back and forth with what I think she’s planning but I really do think it’s something special! I don’t think she’d make the same mistakes as NFR and release songs almost a year before the album release..If she is doing the lead single tomorrow then the album has to be pretty close!

I always got the impression the cover albums would be more of a low key release, she calls it a digital and the whole purpose of it was she’s had songs she’s wanted to cover, and it was an apology for the fans since she couldn’t get the record out in time. I don’t see it being a huge release with a crap ton of promo, but I could be very very wrong! we also don’t know exactly when the album is coming out, I watched the live yesterday and at the end she really made it sound like the production was taking 16/17 weeks vs 11/12, so the album could be coming out March/April of next year, so debuting a single, and all that goes with it, would make sense to do around this time..3 months is a completely normal waiting time for lead single into album

I’m gonna be (in the end) okay with whatever she performs, but I’m really hoping it’s not going to be a cover (even if she’s premiering a new cover like California Dreamin’) I’d rather have LMLYLAW than any cover she could do, because that’s her song, and I want to hear her music. I get it makes sense to either do a cover already released/the single that’s literally announced as her latest single on NBC’s website (let me love you) but. Monday I have to be up at 6AM for work, so staying up super late is gonna be really rough. my worst nightmare A nice, slow, piano only arrangement of her mostly A cappella new song. BUT THEN half way through, the curtain drops, her whole band is behind them and a beat hits, the electric guitar comes out, Byron smashes the piano key, and we get the hottest Lana song to date. West coast is blown out of the water. After the performance ‘Lana Del Rey has made a new post’ pops up. It’s the album cover, shot by Niel featuring her with brown hair (maybe that Midwestern shoot she did that was teased as ‘coming soon’), with a release date of March 5th. The next post is the single cover (also shot by Niel, but with blonde hair) on one slide, a teaser for the video on the next side. Third post, the whole performance.

She’s gonna post one more thing before Monday, that’ll line her instagram up. then the next three will be the single cover, the video, and a video of her singing it live via IGTV manifset with me

Is a coincidence that NBC used the ‘plane pose’ picture to hype it when the first one would have been a more flattering close up pic to use Sis the link is hardly proof. Things like this happen sometimes I want her to perform title track more than anything but the link is so far from solid proof it is funny how everyone who said the past couple months “don’t believe anything until it comes out of Lana’s mouth” are now believing things that indeed have not came out of her mouth
