She has almost always acknowledged her first week sales/position on the charts. She’s been proud of her number 1s. Her team has discounted her albums to secure the number 1. If you’ve been around, you know this.
Actually real real fans know that some did ship out during the first week and when they did ship out they only contributed, like, 8k sales LOL. So the album still wouldn’t have done well.
 
(Also I’m only kidding about the real fans part y’all don’t take me seriously ever.)

Real fans know Lana does indeed care about sales.

I mean as much as I dislike country music and probably wont listen to the album more than once at least she has some sort of artistic integrity. She stays true to what she likes and does what she wants which is what I’ve always liked about her.

I do hope Ben and Ed push her as a headliner this era though if she’s planning on doing summer festivals.
 
I’m tired of her sub-headlining. It’s pathetic imo, she has the sales, streams, and critical acclaim. And she always attracts huge crowds.
 
She deserves to headline Coachella and Lollapalooza. If I were Ben and Ed, I would refuse the sub-headliner offers at this point sorry.

This is kind of cute for the fans though, I’ll give them that

I can’t stand her team anymore. This was clearly an attempt to ramp up hype in the UK, but it’s a market she generally does well in anyway. You know where she needs promo? The US. A market she’s been underperforming in since NFR.
 
I get that Lana doesn’t do promo anymore, but it seems silly of them to lift the embargo on these reviews so early. For what reason exactly? This album clearly isn’t as palatable as NFR or Chemtrails or even BB. It’s just a lame strategy imo, but I guess it was a risk that just didn’t pan out. Ugh.

Now, back to, the critics that had a lot to say about Lana the other day in the press WHATS GOOD?
