i never had facebook but instagram as steadily gotten worse and worse since 2016. The latest update is gross

hope instagram gets sold so they can finally get rid of that shitty algorithm

For a few months I deactivated mine and enjoyed it, but ever since I reactivated, I found myself hating it more than I did before.
 
I'm seriously about to switch over to just snapchat or normal email and texting and calling at this point.

That pisses me off too. They promise to factcheck yet they never do anything. They dont take down the misleading shit either. At least twitter fucking flags it for you to let you know that sources say otherwise. Facebook is the reason why fake news exists.

Facebook is a very poorly run corrupt company so I’m glad. 

i was just looking at their wiki page and their “acquired businesses” list is so long. they buy EVERYTHING mildly successful to curb any potential competitors.

remember when this was literally the least newsworthy part of a transition process. those were simpler times. also i was 12

I bet it'll come soon (eyeroll). I've actually forgotten to get the flushot for maybe the past two years? I've been very lucky to not have contracted the flu. However, this vaccine I will NOT forget to go out and get. Not a chance in hell.

Glad to see that these vaccinations are now rolling out. I'm surprised that I haven't seen any anti-vax stuff on any of my social media feeds, especially on facebook.

Thought I'd just pop in to say The Supreme Court has denied to hear a case to overturn PA's results from Biden to Trump. Justice Alito (A Bush appointee) issued a one sentence statement: "The application fro injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied".
