To add on to that person... Most unreleased Lana songs from 2008-2012 get automatically monetized by the label or blocked worldwide, and all released songs get instantly monetized no matter the year. When there' a claim on the video 99% of the time they will put ads so they get all the money from it, it's very rare for the channel holder to actually get money from it because usually they will be kicked off that system within a period of time... I know for a fact that my channel has grossed Lana/her label over $30,000 in the past 6 years and that's just my account alone, imagine that times everyone else who uploads her stuff. Mermaid Motel (User) on YT must have grossed her at least $60,000. It's an amazing source for income for someone like Lana so it's odd to remove it... unless theres a reason!

It's very odd to take down such big youtube videos like that because she was making thousands of dollars a day just by the auto monetization alone... why would they randomly cut good income

Theory for who Jim and Bill are I do think Lana uses these names for multiple people but I believe the OG versions of Jim and Bill are Mikey Martin (Jim) and Rob Dubuss (Bill) Mikey Martin In a 2006 post by someone named Dalene, she claims that Mikey Martin is an extremely abusive person who has relations with Lizzy Grant... obviously it lines up with abuse Lana said she has faced by someone named Jim (Ultraviolence, Beauty Player, Hundred Dollar Bill, Smarty, etc.) TW: heavy claims Rob Dubuss There's not much on him, but he comes to mind with Bill because him and Mikey were friends and they worked together during shows The main reason I think they would have been Bill and Jim is because of this interview where Lizzy says she drives around with Bill and Jim going to 7/11's I would assume she used these name to protect their privacy, but there's really no one else who would have been friends enough to drive around together with Lana, besides Jimmy Gnecco and Reeve Carney who were also all friends, but there's no claims of Jimmy or Reeve being abusive so that theory sorta falls flat... The other lyric you listed isn't bad or anything just unextraordinary and she has better lyrics from every other album she's done

Enough time has passed. This album was absolutely terrible and it's astonishing how this was even approved to be released. There is quite literally 0 redeeming qualities about this album besides Dealer which is an obvious filler song... This should have been an EP at best Song rating + tiny review for each song)

The thing about this that kinda makes me think "hmmm" is the fact that it is registered on PPL because usually that happens the day after it's been released and... it hasn't been released (unless it's just popping up because SYTH was already on there for the longest time?) Also the recording rightsholder is under "Universal Music Operations Ltd,Universal Music Operations Ltd" which usually only happens with remixes so this would have probably been the labels decision to release it, at least that's my theory. I still have faith it will come out though... Imagine if Lana opens with SYTH at the festival next month then it's suddenly released

I would say yes but also no... because Lana was working with producers all over London just to get her name out there, I would say every song worked between 2010-mid 2011 were all for a potential nameless album, demos for other artists to record, "just for fun" songs, and songs created specifically to send to labels. I don't think it's really possible to tell which would be for what so "Born To Die outtakes" is the best way to categorize it even if it's not 100% accurate I don't think you could really count any pre-London songs as BTD outtakes unless she was reworking it (ex. Diet Mountain Dew)
