omg this would be a dream. if sky ever releases her voices carry cover, i feel like something in the world would’ve shifted… i think it would’ve stopped 9/11.

Still don't understand why that account hasn't at least received a warning point for their constant trolling and offensive comments on this thread. These repetitive essays need to be stopped, giving me strong projection vibes TBH. 
 
Anywho - does anyone else really love her Voices Carry cover? I wonder if she'll ever release the final version with extra synths and guitars.

Idk anything about dates/how much I can say without getting other people in trouble but the day before the teaser was posted my friend did tell me Sky’s stylist reached out to see if a certain brand was interested in dressing her for a comeback video. This is also how we found out about the Pitchfork cover story before anything had been announced, they’d requested a few looks for the photoshoot. I agree it isn’t right for Sky and Capitol to go back to radio silence but let’s wait a little and see what kind of rollout they have planned before you all start calling her all kinds of crackwhore and fraud, etc.

Gave the song a closer listen (I wasn't paying much attention on my first) and I can hear her now  I didn't know about it either until yesterday.

Okay y’all are doing too much now it’s one thing to come at her nonexistent career (go ahead) but it’s really uncomfortable and gross when y’all insult Sky or any other female artist on a personal level like that

i’ll never understand how people can freely joke about addiction. I relate to you because I JUST had to deal with my brother an hour ago because he had a breakdown. Those moments will forever be engraved in my mind. It’s hard to look back at what they were before getting into the world of drugs and then compare that to how they look now. I’m not too knowledgeable on Sky’s substance abuse, but anyone with the slightest amount of human decency will know that making fun of someone’s substance abuse is wrong.

@111 why don’t you try coming from a family of addicts and see how it is to cope and deal with that. You try having several family members overdose on drugs multiple times and almost die, we’ll see who’s laughing then. what you’re saying is incredibly out of line. I know you’re not gonna give a single shit about what i’m saying and you’re gonna laugh it off and continue about your day but you are acting fucking insane over one small music artist. If her career and her presence bothers you so much stop following her as an artist. this is honestly giving fan behavior and it’s embarrassing

Pretty sure you're thinking of the Love in Stereo music video — I wish we got that. It was shot in November 2013 and we have a lot of on-set pictures, the person who helped her film it said the footage got corrupted when it was burned in a fire 


She also made a Heavy Metal Heart video for MTV. According to Sky it wasn't an official video and was "more like a performance that's filmed like a music video". But apparently MTV never aired the show it was made for…

24 Hours is actually one of the oldest out of all 12 album tracks. She posted lyrics of it on her old Tumblr page in February 2012 - back when her debut album was still gonna be called Wild at Heart! 
I think they mean a performance video, she was singing the song at her shows ahead of release:
