woah… out of all parts of Lana’s life I’m so fucking invested in 2004-5 Alabama/may era. So fascinating. what truly happened there? if anybody is to film a documentary i definitely would be very fixated on this segment of her life truly. this is speculation purely but what i think happened there- my two coins is that Lana went to Alabama maybe to live with her boyfriend (who i think was older than her?) and the man asked her to marry her (i talk to jesus / guns and roses / thanks to the locals poem) but Lanz declined. they also maybe like to go back between alabama and cali. she also went to AA meetings around this time frame. the relationship eventually grew tense after it then she decided to leave as to pursue a career in music (west coast/pawn shop blues). what i’ve thought about for the last two weeks of this part of her life…

I think Lana- truthfully- was wrong and she should step up her game… being late is late though right? Why she was 30 minutes late on that Abu Dhabi show and still be allowed to extend her time was because it was her own show. She’s a grown woman and needs to take responsibility and professional because it’s a festival after all

I’ve been meaning to say that Kintsugi would be the thesis of Lana’s career- that is making the beauty out of ugly circumstances (fixing broken pottery : the circumstances / with golden platinum : her approach/romanticization of it)

Huh. Never was much of a fan of TNBAR lfl version truly I think she made it better with NFR and the only thing that made the demo/lust version stood out would only be the outro which she removed… to me- that’s only it the rest of it- norman’s tnbar stood out a lot to me at least
