Apart from certain artists who’ve done terrible things (ex Diddy) I wish people would be more open minded. Just because you don’t love an artist’s music, doesn’t automatically make their music bad. Everyone has different tastes and genres they love. The whole stan wars thing is so silly to me. This isn’t about anyone in particular, but people don’t understand basic respect anymore

After sleeping on it, the winners make sense. I think they generally did a better job distributing awards across categories instead of people sweeping all the categories. Although I thought Billie deserved a win for SOTY or pop vocal, I’m not upset at Sabrina and Kendrick winning those categories instead. I still think HMHAS is an all around stronger album than when we all fall asleep, but she’s won many Grammys already. She’s still soo young and talented, she’ll have plenty of other opportunities in the future. I’m also happy Charli got a few wins and brat won best dance/electronic album so it’s not like she didn’t win anything. Personal preference and opinions about Beyonce aside, CC was a groundbreaking album. The AOTY category had some great nominees, but I’m glad it wasn't solely based off charts and focused on artistry. Historically it‘s a win for black women's visibility in country music, so it's nice to see. I loved how she included multiple generations of artists while integrating different genres. Her vocals and versatility is impressive. She deserves achieving an AOTY finally and winning best country album. Including my choices for categories, I got 11/15 right and 9/15 for predictions. Overall, it was a great show and year for music <3

I see what you’re saying, but also you could say this about many other fanbases. I think most (if not all) fanbases are toxic unfortunately. Lana’s fanbase can definitely be toxic at times I guess it varies artist to artist, but her fanbase seems generally less toxic compared to others imo

I enjoyed cowboy carter the first two weeks it was out but it’s really cool to see a black woman making a successful mainstream country album. It’s a shame she hasn’t won an AOTY until today because I think she has stronger albums imo I kinda felt bad for Billie because this was the first album she genuinely felt proud of. I think people forget how young she is. I don’t think she deserved to sweep this year, but I think she should’ve won something for birds of a feather at least. Anyways sad to see artists like Ari and obviously Lana getting snubbed every year at the Grammys, but it’s not the end of the world it’s just an award show at the end of the day. It’s still impressive Billie has received so many nominations and awards so I’m happy to see other artists get their flowers and recognition this year <3
