I was expecting something for M6 too but I’m excited nonetheless  I’m for sure going to buy it, I hope there are some images like in Violet. Also she shared so many snippets already and she did say that new music was coming this year so I’m still hopeful for M6

HOLY SHIT IT SOUNDS PROMISING I CAN'T WAITTT!!!!! I wasn't a big fan of her poems at first but they've grown in me a lot and reading those intro reviews makes me so excited about it! Some of her lines are really suitable for poems/books, I think she should also try playwriting because she has a witty humor!
She has posted song snippets and stuff, so def there's music as well. I'm currentmy writing the M6 timeline so far in my memos, once it's done I'll post it here

there are only 2 official ones the ‘to be great’ one (2:24) that leaked in 2011 and the ‘to become great’ (3:22) one that leaked in 2020, there’s a pretty popular extended edit of the 2011 one, even I thought that was the real one until I dug into it.

I genuinely forgot how good Marina is  I haven't listened to her music since 2022 but today I randomly decided to re-listen to her and now it feels like I'm rediscovering gold  
 

well to be more positive I love Melanie's concepts and her creativity never fails. I was and still am genuinely shocked how dedicated she is to this character I know it's not easy to practically live in a pink alien mask most of the time she's in public
 
I also really love her voice and it suits acoustic music so so well (Intervals & I Think I'm Crazy are so cute)

the oldest encounter im aware of is when lana attended a marina concert in 2011 and they took some selfies together

I know talking about her artistic decay has been the topic of this thread for years now, but it still amazes me how someone, I though could do no wrong like her, has dropped the ball so hard in terms of quality! 
 
how’s possible she’s the same person who wrote Dollhouse, Tag, Your It, Miss Potato Head or Bittersweet Tragedy… and now doing songs like Battle of the Larynx, Glued, Brain & Heart or Field Trip… 
 
the leaks of Portals gave me some hope but she instead chose to release the messiest concept album in ages.
 
Crybaby was a perfect era cause, even though the outtakes are great, I can’t imagine the album any other way! It’s perfect the way it is and the songs chosen are ideal! They work so well to the narrative and still are cohesive without being boring 
 
in Portals, on the other hand, I can imagine the album with any tracklist other than the one we were given… that’s how bad she selected the songs. And don’t blame the leaks cause, for example, Miley had Plastic Hearts completely leaked months before it’s release and it’s still her best work. the same goes for many other artists… at the end of the day, leaks only get to hardcore fans, but the general public won’t even notice. That’s how hard you are willing to compromise the quality of your work? For a few twitter gays? 
 
she was my favourite artist by far, her concepts and aesthetic were sooo interesting, but she lost it for me… completely. It’s clear Kinetics + One love had a lot to do with it since her best songs are with them
