I swear, people on Lanaboards act like Lana doesn’t release every 1-2 years. I can happily wait for this album, tbh. She really should have taken a longer break between Ocean and this, because Ocean felt so definitive and chapter closing. Not ready to hear her sing about Louisiana swamps and MAGA cock. 

I wish we we're going to get another cinematic album from Lana but I know I have to let that go... Lust for Life is the last album we're probably ever going to get like that.

Okay so the cover and title is definetly not southern gothic... So what if TRPWS is the "stripped-back" country album and then she will later release the more southern gothic project? Anyway, I'm super excited for this

okay guys, here is my theory:
 
this is actually "Lasso" - the original COUNTRY album that she had plans for, but then moved on to "more southern gothic" material, she literally said in the vogue interview just last month that she is basically in a "pause" , possibly wanted to change the whole things up. But maybe for some reason, Lana feel like she doesnt want to toss all of these country, acosutic, stripped down songs she made or whatever they are because it's good enough to release and she doesnt want to waste them away in her unreleased vault. So, i am thinking:
 
This is the upcoming album for now, there isd ANOTHER album coming - the actual southern gothic album. We might get 2 albums in a year. lol

Im sorry I can’t even bother to be excited for this. For one it just doesn’t even seem real at all because why are you announcing it  7 months in advance? And also if it is real it sounds like another BB  I am excited to hear Henry though.
