Happy Birthday, dearest Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd! I still remember the day when it was released and Candy Necklace blew my mind! I was that ashtonished that for a short period of time it surprassed Honeymoon and became my favorite Lana album of all times! Such a beautiful work of art from the start to beginning. What an emotional rollercoaster! It has so many amazing moments such as the singles like the title track and A&W. Brilliant and shocking perosnal lyric moments from Fingertips and Kintsugi. Stunning melodies from Let The Light In and Margaret, The Grants and Grandfather. Great bangers like Taco Truck, Fishtail and Peppers. Just many awesome moments. The whole photoshoot was so gorgeous as well like all the album cover art variants, so intimate and cozy. One of her best albums. This album is a multiple Grammy winner in my eyes. I love it so much. Such an incredible album! This era was so fun as well, so many concerts and magazine photoshoots, also event appearances where she looked absolutely stunning. The Grammy campaign period was so cool to witness. Ocean Blvd was also the era when I joined LanaBoards, so many special memories for sure! Have the happiest Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd day, everyone!

Yeah, true. I suppose it wasn't really the place to start talking about how messy Interscope has been, lol. Although, I think saying that they've done everything perfectly was stupid. Like, I get that she couldn't really say the bad things they done, but saying PERFECT is such a bold statement, particularly for someone who has had so many public problems with their label. Idk, it just irks me that she said perfect. She could have easily said "they've done so many amazing things for me" which wouldn't be lying, because that's more of a truthful statement. Plus, it still makes the label look good so they couldn't get mad at her. I don't know if I'm making sense, it just annoys me that she is willing to say they're perfect when there have been a number of occasions where they've really been the exact opposite. I mean, trying to force Lana to change her entire UV album, and then scrap half of her visual ideas was anything but perfect.

Idk a lot of the “I’m over the album already” and “I’m not excited anymore” comments are imo kind of dramatic. Like, I understand Lana definitely should be posting more promo, and maybe shouldn’t have posted the album announcement so long ago with no follow up, considering her history of not committing to certain dates - but a lot of people are gonna do a 180 when she eventually says something about releasing new material… for me personally, I’m happy with new music, regardless of when she decides to put it out. I think it’s one thing to critique her for giving out false dates, and another to say you’re not excited at all anymore for the album. For now we just have to wait and see.
