I can't believe there isn't a thread for this band. They're one of my favorites and their latest release, A Head Full of Dreams, just came out on the 4th. They've been making music since the late '90s; they started as an alternative rock band but their more recent music has been more pop-oriented. The members of the band are Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Johnny Buckland. Sorry this post is kind of a mess but I wanted to make a thread for Coldplay so we can discuss their awesome music.

This video is so perfect. It's better than I was expecting tbh. Like some of you have said, I wish it was in color for more scenes but the black and white suits the song really well tbh. I would've loved it if it was black and white for the beginning but then she puts on the headphones and everything is in color. Also that flamingo footage is so out of place and random (even though it goes with the lyric)

Imma let you finish but "Crappy By The Beach" is one of the best videos of all time

I listened to Badlands and I enjoyed a few songs but most of them seemed bland and unoriginal to me. Now I've just watched the New Americana music video and yikes it's a bad Hunger Games ripoff. But I never really cared for that song anyways I really like Drive, Hold Me Down, and Gasoline though, so I'm looking forward to the Drive music video.
