hi everyone! i don't have photoshop nor do i know how to use it anyways so please excuse the horrible quality of these, i literally do them on my phone lol. but i'm starting to make album covers for my itunes, so i figured i might as well as share them with you all! i know they're not very good, idk how to do much    but it's a start!! 
 
this one is for Melancholia, aka the black beauty demo + uv outtakes. thats just what i call it in my own library    plus i think it'd make a pretty good EP tbh 
i also can't decide on a color because i'm a libra and i can't make decisions ever, so there are a couple choices lol

i really really hear strong similarities between Doin Time and SOTW. Like SOTW is the more mature older sister who's more chilled out and less upbeat but still giving everyone what we need. The vocals and bgv are like legit the same. I wouldn't be surprised if they were recorded around the same time as each other

A simple retouch for one of my favourite "out & about" looks
 

 
And another try at a Paradise cover after I managed to find the unretouched picture in high quality.
Decided to go for a super clean look to give it a more official feeling. Really like how this turned out, and this
time her face actually looks very natural, yet gently edited compared to the horrible released cover.

Hey so I wanted to discuss graphic design with yall without it necessarily relating to Lana All members are welcome here!
 
In case you don't know I'm currently in my 2nd year on 4 of studying graphic design which is the only thing I love more than Lana and my ultimate dream is to be a graphic designer. My name is Anne-Dauphine but my graphic designer name is Daytona Mess, which you probably recognize the origin of.
 
In this thread we could discuss various typographers that we love, typography in general, help requests regarding fonts (I fucking love this shit never hesitate to ask me), share links, share our Behance and our projects, ask for critics (don't be shy), discuss UI/UX, talk about trends, tutorials, resources, tips, and more! It's basically a bigger Lana resources thread but not limited at all to Lana. If you need help regarding something graphic design related do ask the community!
 
Don't hesitate to promote your work but always be respectful of others 
 
I'll start by sharing a few things I've done recently, now that my style is changing And by recommending the work of a designer, of which I had the pleasure to discuss the work of with the great @Coyote: Fabian Fohrer, a cute typographer and graphic designer from Germany, who co-founded Tightype and who makes minimalist and incredible posters and fonts.
