It was especially funny because the interviewer didn't ask her to or anything, he just asked her which of her songs would be best to ice skate to and then she said she'd make the video.

Or it isn't, and as she acknowledged, it's her most "dishonest" song because it isn't about her despite the fact she sings it in first person.

Lana having a stage name isn't the same as her having a persona. All her music, or most of it, could still be about Elizabeth Woolridge Grant the person or people she knows (like Heroin).
