I got my signed litho in today from third party seller on eBay and it’s literally fucking ruined. It was shipped in a paper bag to another country with nothing protecting it…. I’m literally so pissed off I just ripped this seller a new one. I want to cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I also got the cd boxset today and I’m so mad about the lithograph I literally haven’t even opened the other package. But y’all…. The edges and stuff look so much worse in person like there’s so many permanent creases that will never come out I’m just. Uhg fuck eBay don’t ever buy from user recordcollex on there unless you want shit shipping. I’m just gonna sit something on top to try to flatten her out and see if it looks any better in the frame. If anyone has a second print hit me up

now i don't actually know how to get creases out of paper, but i think if you put it flat under a towel and then iron gently it MIGHT get some of the creases out. if you're desperate i would try it

Anyone have the problem of getting the signed CD without a signature slip?..  My CD came without one and has a small crack.. I'm so upset.

I popped it in one of my record frames to see how it’ll look framed and it’s not nearly as bad but I can still see the creases on her knee and hands and then one in the bottom left corner. Because of the person that I am I feel like that’s the only thing I’m ever going to notice when I look at this which low key pisses me off because this was my first Lana autograph and I really just hate that for me. If anyone asks why it’s beat up I’m just saying because it’s from her tour and I was in the pit when she signed it lmao

Oh no! That's so shitty. Why on earth did they think a paper print could survive being posted to a different country with minimal packaging!? What a lousy seller.

If it's any consolation it does look really good in the frame now. Maybe hang it up really high so you can't see the creases...?

All is good now after unboxing the cd boxset  I smoked and calmed down and the litho is actually so cute but yeah still, fuck that seller what a pos. I’ll update y’all if anything juicy happens out of this lol I also tweeted @ ms del rey just for shits and gigs to see if she’d entertain the idea of making it right even though it wasn’t her fault whatsoever. Sometimes that stuff works but she’s probably sitting at home reading this forum laughing at my dumbass lol

I got my signature slip but my CD also came cracked. Customer service was kind enough to allow me to exchange it.

I would put some heavy books on it to flatten it out for a couple of days (ovbs put some sheets of paper between the books and litho)

I saw a couple people on reddit got shipping notifications for their village merch (clothing/accessories) so hopefully everyone else's ships soon too!

 

I spent way too much money there so I'm hoping I'll get a shipping notification this week at least haha

try dabbing the creases with a wet q tip, that will "relax" the paper, and then iron the litho
