Having said that, I am okay with 3-5. I only really don't like Coachella and FK

Why do people not like carmen idgi

because it's boring af

There's no way she can ruin West Coast live to me. However she decides to sing it (including her "bad" days), it sounds even more intense and exciting. That isn't the case with most of her songs.

Right? It was the best part of her concert here in brazil last year, to me

What were the first Unreleased songs or demos you started listening to?

Within the first 6 months of discovering Lana I got into Serial Killer, Hit and Run, Queen of Disaster at first, as well as Mermaid Motel, For K Part 2, Kill Kill, Pawn Shop Blues and Kinda Outta Luck

I also listened to all the BTD demos a lot at that time and was especially obsessed with all the lolita demos

It took me over a year to discover the rest of her unreleased and demos that was around in 2013-2014

I feel stupid for asking but what is this ?

Lanas cover didn't do this song the justice it deserved

In this graceless NFR age, Benito has been a far better Lana than Lana herself tbh

I'm kinda focused on being a baddie right now. I can't really work.

What do we think some of Lana’s saddest songs are, both lyrically and sonically?

My thoughts are:

Old Money

The Other Woman

Yayo

Bel Air

How to Disappear

Terrence Loves You

These are the most melancholy at least

Oh and for unreleased:

For K, pt. 1

Oh Say Can You See

My Best Days

Terrence Loves You

Ultraviolence

The Man I Love

13 Beaches

JFK

Never Let Me Go

Hope

How To Disappear

Dark Paradise

Television Heaven

Video Games

The Blackest Day

Hawaiian Tropic

Hollywood's Dead

On Our Way

These are the ones that have made me cry the most, top 5 I practically never listen to for this reason

The blackest day

Pretty when you cry

Flipside

And for the longing and headspace she needed to be in for these songs:

Your girl

Beautiful people (demo)

Yayo (Paradise)

Black beauty

Is this happiness

Ultraviolence

Born to Die

As someone who struggles with suicidal thoughts these just makes me cry a lot cause they make me think about dying (lol sorry for being a bummer). I remember putting on the album when it came out and hearing Born to Die and just crying cause she sang everything I felt.

how the hell was because of you a paradise outtake?

that is so far off from the album imo

It often gets passed as a Paradise outtake, but I feel like it was actually a Born to Die outtake. Definitely matches the theme of the album more, and just makes more sense considering the song was recorded in September 2011 with Sacha Skarbek who also did Without You which was first performed in November 2011.
