first of all, these are not Lana on tour by herself shows, there are so many people who are not fans. As a result, some songs don't work for festival season. It's that simple. This seems to me like a festival season set list, she can't be changing it around all the time. She is still making minor alterations though to fit the general feel of the show she is playing.
Clearly, the setlist was very crowded and she was running out of time. She much rather cut some songs off and leave time for Hope, a few seconds to speak and a couple of minutes to go to the barricade and say hi. 
 

 

You don't like the set list, don't watch the show. It's really frustrating seeing complaints all the time about literally everything she does and everything she doesn't do.Let's take a moment to be grateful she's doing live performances and we all have the chance to watch them one way or another.

I’m glad that hope is on the setlist now and that Lana continued to do her performance despite the criticism. I do think Bartender should get switched for VB or any other Norman song though.
