I would argue against this simply for the fact of Lana’s political songs on LFL + the fact there’s another know 4 political songs that didn’t make the cute from LFL that were said to be even more political & in your face than the released ones.

I don't think it was ever confirmed, Lanapedia still says "speculation" and even the NY post article that mentions this doesn't actually give a source other than "hey this sounds like a Bond theme and we think she was contending to submit a song for Bond"
