Lana is planning a stadium tour across the US later this summer, from the inside sources I was told she has been booked for stadiums in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana so far. They would not tell me the other states. They did mention however that some states will have a few exceptions like festivals or small venues like amphitheaters whereas there's not a NFL/MLB stadium in that state that Lana can perform at. Iowa was one of those exceptions! I was also told that the festivals/small venues would be announced first before the US stadium tour in February. I think that the tour announcement will come within the next week or so. They said that it wouldn't go past Friday, February 14th. 
I would keep an eye out on your socials for when Lana, Ben, Ed all announce the tour. 
I was told that the tour will start either late July or early August and run until September. 

I hope that the tour announcement (if Lana announces it) comes with more information about Henry Come On song announcement or The Right Person Will Stay related stuff.

I think the source is @PInsider from Twitter, are they usually right? Asking because the user mentioned in another post that the information came from their Patreon so I would take it with a grain of salt.
