Coney Island King 26,002 Posted November 19, 2015 the production sounds great in itunes quality on headphones. it's wonderfully produced, 21 was brilliant, but a bit more sombre for the most part, 25 feels a little bigger with its production, a bit more diverse.
luckyonewithoutyou 1,929 Posted November 19, 2015 I like the themes of 25 more than 21

Coney Island King 26,002 Posted November 20, 2015 i still think 21 is better, but 25 is a decent follow up. as good as it can be after the inhumane level of hype expected of her after 21.

sweetie 6,627 Posted November 20, 2015 My top 5 1. Lay Me Down :xcry: 2. Hello 3. Send My Love (To Your New Lover) 4. Can't Let Go 5. When We Were Young I love this album too much. There is only one song I couldn't get into -- Love in the Dark. The Target deluxe edition bonus tracks really complete the album. It's a crime Lay Me Down and Can't Let Go didn't make it to the standard
renaissance 8,329 Posted November 20, 2015 My top 5 would be (in no particular order) 1. Send My Love (To Your New Lover) 2. River Lea 3. Water Under The Bridge 4. When We Were Young 5. Hello THEY'RE ALL JUST SO GOOD HOW COULD ANYONE HATE THIS ALBUM
luckyonewithoutyou 1,929 Posted November 20, 2015 I think my top favorites are: When We Were Young, Send My Love, A Million Years Ago, I Miss You, and Sweetest Devotion (Hello obviously too) Could someone send me the target tracks?

dsvelca 837 Posted November 20, 2015 Did we ever figure out if "Egofantastic" & "Off the Rails" were real? I think fake at this point Or album scraps that haven't been confirmed.
sweetie 6,627 Posted November 20, 2015 I think fake at this point Or album scraps that haven't been confirmed. They're definitely fake. A rando put them on Wikipedia, claming they were part of an "international edition" which doesn't exist. Lay Me Down on repeat. Best song on the album, hands down.

Trash Magic 28,379 Posted November 20, 2015 Picked up my copy and just listened through. whew album feels like an instant classic even ignoring the hype around it. Very uplifting compared to 21. Loved every track. One of the stand outs for me - Million Years Ago - sounds very similar to My All by Mariah Carey and Sweetest Devotion reminded me of I Can Fly instrumentally. Will be watching Adele at the BBC tonight 1 Quote "It's 2011, and we should all be aware of exactly how fast technology is developing" - Lana Del Rey
