System Of A Down - Chop Suey!

Wake up
Grab a brush and put a little (makeup)
Grab a brush and put a little
Hide the scars to fade away the (shakeup)
Hide the scars to fade away the
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
Here you go create another fable
You wanted to
Grab a brush and put a little makeup
You wanted to
Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup
You wanted to
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
You wanted to
I don't think you trust
In, my, self righteous suicide
I, cry, when angels deserve to die, die
Wake up
Grab a brush and put a little (makeup)
Grab a brush and put a little
Hide the scars to fade away the (shakeup)
Hide the scars to fade away the
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
Here you go create another fable
You wanted to
Grab a brush and put a little makeup
You wanted to
Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup
You wanted to
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
You wanted to
I don't think you trust
In, my, self righteous suicide
I, cry, when angels deserve to die
In, my, self righteous suicide
I, cry, when angels deserve to die
Father, father, father, father
Father into your hands, I commend my spirit
Father into your hands
why have you forsaken me
In your eyes forsaken me
In your thoughts forsaken me
In your heart forsaken, me oh
Trust in my self righteous suicide
I, cry, when angels deserve to die
In my self righteous suicide
I, cry, when angels deserve to die

Simon & Garfunkel - The Sound of Silence

I love the original but this version even a bit more - Jess & Matt feat. Chris Isaak:

Jess & Matt keep me going right now. Their music is very positive, so are they! Always smiling and spreading good vibes.

Also Allie X makes me very happy.

Five Songs in my Jukebox

"I Put a Spell on You" is a 1956 song written and composed by Jalacy "Screaming Jay" Hawkins, whose own recording of it

was selected as one of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll.

Hawkins had originally intended to record "I Put a Spell on You" as "a refined love song, a blues ballad".

However, the producer (Arnold Maxin) "brought in ribs and chicken and got everybody drunk, and we came out

with this weird version ... I don't even remember making the record. Before, I was just a normal blues singer.

I was just Jay Hawkins. It all sort of just fell in place. I found out I could do more destroying a song and

screaming it to death."

Screaming Jay Hawkins - I Put a Spell on You (Original version)

Diamanda Galas - I Put A Spell On You (The Diabolical, Gut-Wrenching, Visceral version)

Nina Simone - I put a spell on you (The Blues Love-Spell version)

Bryan Ferry - I Put A Spell On You (The Sexy-Bass-Dance version)

Marilyn Manson - I Put a Spell on you (To be played at Wedding Receptions)
