Flowers give their scent so freely to anyone who wishes to smell them, never asking for anything in return.   A pure gift.
The purest sense of love ever given, never asking for anything in return. 
When was the last time you gave something, never asking for anything in return ?

Perhaps she could have used the word "Azure" instead of blue.
 
We all have felt the same way when our love is away and we often watch the skies above our heads,
watching the twilight recede.   
Sunset colors slowly vanishing to a darkened sky.
The darkness is not the end of the beauty, the nighskies have their beautiful stars too.
We often wonder, if the other person we love is watching the same skies as we are, on the same day.
 

I like this poem 
What she wrote is true.
It is also a little bit of her autobiography of her life.
 
If you want fame, money and pleasures beyong your wildest dreams... you must 
change everything in your life or about yourself.
You have to change them a few times over the course of your life time. To Be a (human) chameleon of sorts.

I have a Lana fingernail clipping and a piece of her hair .... one day I plan on ....making a  LANA CLONE from that nail and hair string !

Its too overrated.
Some People still get shocked at that first lyric line.
Why?
We have all heard some nasty language and themes in many songs before. Why all the hype?
 
For me its just a beautiful song, and there is NO fact that "Cha-chas" taste like Pepsi-Cola !.... I know that for a fact !

Perhaps it is HER as a child,
or someone else´s child she noticed playing once.
 
After seeing this child , playing, innocent and carefree, simply playing with no cares in the world,
waiting for the fireworks to begin, grinning ever so happily,  she thought also to be carefree like a child.
She had her head filled with so many thoughts and things to do (Each option weighed carefully, A plan for each thought)
After seeing the child, she just decided to do nothing about everything. 
 
" Take it as it comes , baby , you´re moving way too fast. "
This other poetry line comes from a Doors song, which I would not be surprised if
Lana was listening to this particular song , when she wrote her poem.

Here in my country its been playing in the History Channel tv, but not  the entire song , only with some lyrics.
It´s like a trailer for their coming up documentaries and its about World War II.

I agree with you and also feel very sorry for all the people who got scammed.
There are a lot of bad people out there with no morals and no respect for others , you have to be careful with your "online purchases".

Let´s see how much of a fan you really are by writing and making your own book.
 
In the days before the internet I wrote my own lyric books of some of my favorite bands and singers, All by myself.
I discovered some exciting poetry in those songs and it made me a better writer too.
 
These type of books were not on sale in any bookstore at the time (or were very rare to come by) ,
so I discovered my grandfather’s old typewriter from the 1950s , cleaned it up and put it to good use.
I loved to hear the clickity-clack of the letters being hammered down on the pages. 
The smell of the fresh ink being stamped on paper.
 
A really cool experience and much more fun that using a PC-keyboard.
Some times it was also a headache. lmao - I would make a typing mistake and there was no way of erasing the error,
I had to start all over again from the start , but that made me a better typist. No room for errors !
 
When I showed them to my friends , they used to drool at the beauty of my lyric books - BUT I never sold them to anyone.
These were something special created by me, and something that no one has.
 
So, make your own book(s) , I promise you that you will have alot of fun making it.
